A really comfort, friendly (and Cheap) backpacker Hotel with a nice Breakfast an pizza and Beer in the evening

The staff was so unhelpful and also they don't endorse our taxi. First of all i book for hotel pick up and drop off but to my surprised on our last night only then I was informed that they will just book grab. I'm in a holiday mood and I Don't want to ruin our vacation so I kept quiet. But in the end the night staff didn't inform the morning staff that they needed to book a grab. My husband just went there and asked after minutes of waiting, the worst part is when he asked the staff was not aware. So how if we keep waiting WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE IN BOOKING US ANOTHER TICKET IF WE MISS OUT FLIGHT???? HE SAID I DON'T KNOW.. LIKE WHAT THE HELL, are u serious????? I have an infant baby eh. First experience in the pool I was sending a message saying we cannot use it. But when I went there to asked they said they thought I'm from outside customer. HOW CAN I BE OUTSIDE I WAS SENDING MESSAGE IN WATSAPP SAME NUMBER. WE HAVE CONVERSATIONS, THEY DON'T KNOW (AGAIN????) NOW THEY ASK HOW CAN THEY make up with us??? If i say refund our stay??? The driver second day, we can't understand and we don't enjoy the tour . And I found out that they are not working in hotel, so what you expect me to feel. You should know that we are tourists We are Filipino so we don't know bahasa. So again our money wasted .. he brought us to place that we also cannot understand some more expensive.. THIS IS REALLY A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . WHEN I START SENDING MESSAGE TO COMPLAIN NO ONE REPLYING. IS THIS HOW YOU HANDLE COMPLAINING AFTER YOU WAT CUSTOMER MONEY . I WAITED FOR WHOLE DAY FOR AN EXPLANATION , NO ONE ANSWER. BUT WATSAPP IS ONLINE. SO IGNORING CUSTOMER FEELING? I WAS SO DAMN ANGRY. Breakfast also not worth it. I was hoping for a heavy breakfast but only bread and egg in 2days .. haaaays. I WILL WAIT FOR YOUR REPLY

The sitting,area was perfect for relaxation. The rooms are big and clean too.

The hotel is very beautiful, my room was amazing and had great facilities. The breakfast was good, there was a selection of local food, toast and tea/coffee. The WiFi worked well, and the room had a good shower. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, great hosts

I didn't realise the hotel was right next to a mosque. The call to prayer woke me up every day at 4:00 a.m., but that couldn't be helped and did manage to get back off to sleep

staff was very helpful and friendly, the room has a good size and it’s clean. we stayed there two nights so it was okay. having the balcony is a good extra. the swimming pool and the garden were nice and breakfast had a lot of choices.

they should def put a shower curtain, otherwise every time someone showers the full bathroom is wet.

The family room is so spacious and comfortable compare to the standard room i stayed a day before. It's the best choice for a family. Good food. Staff are friendly and helpful. With beautiful garden and pool. Very relaxing. My children enjoy swimming at the pool very much.

Breakfast start a bit late, at 7 a. m. Many guests waiting for breakfast since 6 a. m. There's a long queue when the breakfast started at 7. Not enough seats too.

The room was not totally clean, it semmed so at first but you could see dirty corners. The day that we did the check out, I forgot 1 bikini in the room. The hotel kept our bags for all day, few hours lster we return to take our bags and I told them I forgot my bikini in the room, we went to check to the room but it was not there, also they didn't have any report from the cleaning staff.. So clearly the bikini was lost in the hotel...

We had a private taxi driver for 12h, organized bij our hotel. We asked for extra towels, which was no problem. We could store our luggage while waiting for pickup time and going through the city. Breakfast was okay.

It was a pity our towels didnt get changed like we expected. The AC was making a lot of noise during the night. Whole bathroom get wet when u shower since its next to eachother without curtain or anything.

The swimming pool is nice to start your day. The center is easy to reach with betjak or taxi (grab). The hotel is away from buzy traffic. The garden is nice. Breakfast is ok.

The rooms are very basic and could be upgraded.

the pool area is great and generally the garden which offers some peace and quite from the city, and the location is great as well.

the rooms were not cleaned on arrival, generally the rooms need an update - the shower was falling out of the wall, and the bathroom could use a deep cleaning.

A quiet haven in the middle of a big city. Lovely garden, easy access to the centre of town and the sights, good food (pizzas were delicious), friendly and chatty staff. The beds were comfortable and the hot water was plenty. The hotel offers a selection of local guides to show you around, at affordable rates. Yulia was great fun. Swimming pool was clean and spacious, and needed in this heat. Contrary to other guests in former reviews, we experienced no issue with the Internet. Also, we were advised to leave the key at reception is we wanted our room cleaned. Breakfast served at 7am has local dishes and also toast, if preferred (bread baked on the property).. The local dishes being recommended.
