Great value and would stay again. Located centrally and the room on the top floor was lovely. The breakfast provided was also delicious and the place had ample storage for our bicycles.

The shower was a little cramped. My head was touching the ceiling. Not a big deal though.

I booked three nights to explore the Mont Ventoux and found the perfect basecamp in Sault with the Gîte Pilpoil. Everything was just lovley and Beatrice has created a place, where you feel that is has a big heart.

The location is super in a cozy little street in the town center, walking distance from everything in town. Beatrice, the owner, has made a one of a kind little place with 5-6 uniquely decorated rooms. It’s not a mainstream hotel, and not luxury, but a place that makes you feel at home and want to go explore. She has a small kitchen you can use, freezer, bike room etc. And she serves homemade jam for breakfast, and has lots of tips for how to explore the surrounding area. If or when we come back to Sault, we’ll stay with Beatrice again.

No bad things to say. Just an info, there’s no cellphone coverage in the stone building, but she has installed wifi everywhere which works well.

Very friendly owner and she speaks good English. She waited for me to check in although I’m a little later than check in timing. Great location and good restaurant across the street.

The bathroom is covered with a sheer curtains, a bit less of privacy. But owner said no one will be across the room.
