Friendly welcome, close to airport
Room 105B needs attending. No shower door -an old curtain.
The bins smelt.
There was no mattress protector and sheets did not fit the bed

Bed was nice. Could feel the joint in the middle.

location was close to the airport, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we received a free upgrade due to the heater not working in the room we had booked
The shower water was barely lukewarm, needs to be hotter. the room was really cold when we went in and previously we have had the heater turned on prior to our arrival especially when it’s late at night or cold when arriving

it was a bit noisy under the flight path with no double glazing.

I wanted something in walking distance of the airport and Quest Mascot fit the bill well. Front desk staff weren’t too welcoming but overall my stay was pleasant and the room was small but it had everything I needed.
I think I would have felt a bit better if there was key access to the different floors. It would also be good to have a bit more information in the room about nearby cafes/shops. I know these can be found in Google and the wifi was v good.

Moved twice ....first room door didn't close. Second room the window didn't close.

The lounge was absolutely filthy. Stained. Ages. Falling apart.
No television in the rooms for the huge cost of one night.the second bathroom was open, water went everywhere

They didn't tell us we'll need to pay 100$ upfront in case something gets lost or damaged
The shuttle driver was outside the hotel for a while and didn't come to tell us he was here, he might have left without us if we hadn't seen him
No pantoufle available for guests, good hotels have them
