The location is an excellent compromise between Bayeux and the seashore. Just 2 km. from Bayeux and really close to everything connecting to D-day points of interest. The accommodation was a real pleasure, the room was probably the biggest ever seen as well as the bathroom e.t.c. You feel yourself living in a museum. The host was more than friendly and help us with restaurant booking. Very big pool with warm fresh water, complimentary drinks ... Generous breakfast served in the library vas real joy. The big quiet park surrounding the Château is in excellent condition.

The best host ever :) We were arriving very late after 8pm the check in time and host was super kind and offered to prepare us a simple dinner ( but actually a very nice dinner) Very responsive and always there ready for us . Everything was so perfect down to the minor details.

Decorated with great flair and extremely comfortable. Adored the lovely deep bath. Great eye for detail so everything thought through. Fabulous.

We liked everything. Useful to have the code for the main gates on departure written somewhere, but maybe our fault for not asking or being organised.
