Got a parking ticket on the main road

The location was perfect. Right in the centre and next to train station

car parking - it’s always a nightmare. there are 5 spaces and it’s first come first served. I got to the apartment at check in time and literally got the last space. the cost of the apartment should come with an allocated space. it’s very expensive for what it is. I was also allocated an apartment to the rear of the property - I was a solo female traveller - this meant accessing the apartment out of sight of the main road. Very scary doing so after midnight. found the bed in this apartment very uncomfortable.

Contact with the host was brilliant. Apartment was very clean and welcoming. Excellent location. Will definitely book again, and pass word to all the family who visit this area often.

Lovley apartment - have stayed before and we took friends this time

There was a problem with the Key code - we ended up with 2 codes - we got in with the first one but when I tried to open the door to the apartment it did not work? we had to wait on the landing for 15 mins before i got it sorted. Not good as we took friends this time

Finding problems on arrival and using the contact number to ask for help getting no answer and then being accused of lying about the problems

location, smart decor

bathtub jets u/s. shame as that was a highlight feature of the property. bed throw had stains on.

Breck Apts is perfect location next to the train symtation and cabbies. Lovely, super clean and well decorated, it has very nice views out the top apartments. There is absolutely no contact with the staff which was not so friendly . Poulton is a lovely and friendly place so it seemed a bit odd.

Bed was very comfy. the living area/ kitchen was lovely and created the cosy environment that me and my partner were looking for. bath and shower was amazing

Two of the TV controls had faulty buttons.

Plenty of space. Good Wifi and TV channels selection. Big kitchen if you need it plus all facilities. Location ideal.

"Welcome" pack somewhat limited. Some tea bags and coffee but no REAL milk, just two tiny milk capsules. Some bread and butter for toast first day would have been nice. No bottled water.
