Amazing place. Well looked after, very spacious and well equipped. Pool was great, clean and maintained daily. Hosts were delightful, and pleasure to chat to, and went the extra mile giving us ideas for trips and things to do. The location was great form natures lover point of view, little bit more challenging for sightseeing as most sightseeing locations were 1hr+ drive. Additionally the place is dog friendly and our pooch loved it. Plentiful of wildlife, and I recommend to go outside late at night and look at stars, immersive experience.

Amazing agriturismo.. we got the monolocale which was perfect for us and our dog. There was green everywhere which was nice. There was a swimming pool and nature paths if you wanted to do more than lay around. The area was calm and tranquil .. wish we stayed longer to experience it all.

Excellent swimming pool, where is really possible to swim. Location close to Gubbio. Possible walks with dog only around accommodation. Marked walk track around . Pets allowed. Good parking. Good WiFi.

Just cherry on top: Extension cord will be nice. Toaster will be nice :-) Wifi around pool will be nice :-)

Fabulous secluded location and views, quality rustic restoration of old buildings, excellent pool, nature trail routes provided and marked. Quiet with no external road noise. Good for bird watching.

Poor noise isolation between the apartments. We were ground floor and there was noise from people moving about in the apartment above. Some additional casual seating needed - only table chairs and bed. Kitchen equipment needs upgrading e.g. no breadboard and limited crockery - 1 egg cup and coffee pot for 1. Bed OK but was two single beds pushed together not a proper double. Towels were poor (thin). Although there were separate bins outside for different recycling types there was no provision for different bags and therefore rubbish had to be hand sorted when the internal bin was full and no bin bags were provided. Only found out there was a washing machine on site from a fellow guest the day before we were leaving. General communication could have been better.

two bedrooms with two baths was very handy. nice location for a walk down the dirt road.

Beautiful calm place in the heart of the countryside with splendid views to the vineyards and fields. Very nice host. The pool was excellent, big and clean. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable however the kitchen equipment would deserve some renovation. We enjoyed the stay very much and definitely will come back.

It is an amazing place . Lovely views, big pool . Beautiful walks along country roads . Plenty of shade in the afternoon. During my stay I only three cars passed by .

House itself; very spacious and comfortable. Nice lazy chairs for outside and a washing machine you can use. Nice swimming pool with beautiful view. Good that you are assigned your own sun beds, so you don’t have to come early.
