The elevator, the cleanliness

The rooms look better in the pictures. I would rate the hotel as a 2*, not 3*. The restaurant wasn’t available for two days, so we had to eat across the street at a 5* hotel, very expensive (Azuga is not a developed resort, it barely has a Profi shop and a pharmacy which was closed, so if you need anything you have to go to Busteni. I wasn’t feeling very well those days and we were there with our small child, so we couldn’t walk too much). Very loud music at the restaurant, we asked them to turn it down, they didn’t, our child didn’t sleep well. We had to come back home two days earlier than planned.

the facilities could have been a bit better, but overall the whole stay was great and the staff is very welcoming and warm.
