The boss was rudest person. Because of my 1 year child I was forced to pay for another room, wich I even didn't used. So I payed double price

Location was convenient. It was clean.

Smell of cigarette in one of the room. We had to do ourselves the upper bed (sheets were not installed)

The bed was hard old had a rim around it very uncomfortable had to sleep on my folded quilt The bathroom had mold by the door The grouting on the tiles needs attention The shelf under the sink the strip was coming off The towels were low quality The coffee was not good quality The orange juice watered down The staff were not helpful at all when I asked them to help me find an address he just said take 16bus into town and find it from there I shall not be coming back Poor state of repair in general

The staff were really friendly and supportive.

The rooms were really small especially for a family room/3 person hardly any space for the baby to even crawl the private bathroom was very awful and ugly was a nightmare to bath the baby or even change the diaper. The location is very remote and especially in the night it is very difficult to find a connection from zone 1. At night after 11 pm there are no restaurant open.

Toilet is too smal. Cleanliness is not there. Beds are too small for two people. Not comfortable

Room almost like a prisom cell and left the place having bedbug bites all over...disgusting sheets were not clean nor the pillows

Locality is perfect if you don't mind the longer distance from the city center. It offers a resting place after the incredibly crowded Paris.

You can't open your window at night, because you'll hear the loud traffic outside. The rooms also don't offer the best sound insulation.
