Great hostel with friendly, helpful staff and well-equipped common areas. We booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for 5. We arranged an airport transfer with the hostel and our flight was delayed until 1:30am, but they were still there as planned, smiling and friendly, which we really appreciated. We stayed in the large double room, which was comfortable, definitely large and had a good bathroom and a little balcony. Large well-equipped common kitchen, dining room and terrace - lots of long-term residents at the hostel and facilities are perfect for this. Location is a bit out of the centre but we thought it was a great area - lots of nearby shops, bakeries, parks, etc, metro Marshal Baghramyan is only 5 mins walk and republic square is a 35-45 minute walk, but a very beautiful walk which we enjoyed. Would definitely come back next time in Yerevan.

We liked everything, but it would maybe be good if there could be some organised activities (tours, dinners, etc) as I think shorter term guests would appreciate this.

I liked the staff, they were super friendly and helpful. The value for money is great compared to the other similar options. The common area is spacious and suitable for working and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing, cozy place hidden in the midst of the city. It really looks like a safe heaven hidden from plain sight! Do not hesitate about the look of the gates which might set you off - this is a wonderful place, with the inner yard, amazing staff and they even have rooms with private WC. I would love to spend more time there, even entire year - but sadly, its hard to book this place for a stay. Truly wonderful place if you are looking for a comfortable stay with a feeling of home. Oh, and I forgot to mention - they have freshly made breakfast!! Top notch guest house!

Hard to book - almost all the time the rooms are occupied for a long term.

+ very tasty & various breakfast + nice outside zone + welcome and nice owners + quite place, room hadn't windows, so at night was totally dark + cats + good variant close to center in terms of price/quality

- poor Wi-Fi quality between rooms - our room was of poor repair quality (-1 floor) - very noisy ventilation - very short shower curtain, bedroom was full of water each time

Every thing is ok but the mattress is so bad.

Great kitchen, friendly staff, nice and hudge double room with AC. The bathroom was clean.

Location - a short ride with bus or 20 minutes by foot to the center.

Unfortunately, I stayed only one day and I hope I will return one day soon! House is located 15min walking from Cascade with shops around. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I like garden as well.

Everything went pretty amazing for me, the ambience, the stuffs(Mehran, Narine and one more lady who is from Russia and all the others), the breakfast and the cleanliness were over my expectations! Literally I've made the best choice i could.

Except being a bit far from the city centre, everything was at its finest, and it takes around 25 minutes on foot to the centre.
