Tiempo de espera para check in fue mucho una sola persona se encarga de todo y es imposible para la muchacha la misma de recepción es la q entrega la habitaciones, coordina el bar, la cocina, prácticamente todo gira en torno a ella. Adicionalmente nunca me dijeron que existía la opción de villa y terminé pagando por un cuarto bastante pequeño donde nos tuvimos q quedar los cuatro. Mi esposa , mis 2 hijas y yo. La segunda cama está prácticamente pegando a suelo, con el aire puesto en temperatura moderada era prácticamente imposible dormir ahí x el frío

The pool was full of flies, would have been nice if it were cleaned more frequently

Nothing went well. Awful!

The towels looked old, faded, and wrinkled. I wasn’t sure if they were clean or not. There was a giant cockroach in the room that they claim was a cricket, but we know what crickets look like. There was a huge stain on the wall where the open closet stood. The hotel was located down a street of homes with no gate to the hotel; anyone from the neighborhood could’ve entered. Didn’t feel safe there because we were told that we were the ONLY guests there that night because everyone checked our. Strange. Never been to a “3 star” hotel where there were no other guests. We ended up leaving that night for another cleaner, safer hotel.

Nice little place to stay during transit

We loved our stay here! Great place for families with young children because the pool is right by the rooms so you can sit at your table outside (or at the bar, or one of the sun beds...) and keep an eye on them. If kids aren't your thing there's also a second, more quiet pool. The rooms are new and sparkling clean, it's in a great location - very quiet with loads of birds and iguanas - and the staff are all very friendly. Good breakfast too. Las Brisas was above and beyond what we were expecting for the price!

Value is a little bit high.

The owner Mark checked in with me to make sure I was not having travel difficulties. Room was immaculate and rather comfortable. Had the pool to myself one day which was nice. Very quiet area after spending time in Jaco. The iguanas were a treat to watch mow the lawn.

Really nice hotel just outside of the main town of Jaco - within a 10 minute drive to the restaurants and the main attractions. The staff member who originally checked us in when we were early and served breakfast was very friendly and welcoming. The staff member showing us around the room felt a bit like hiring a car where he was showing you all the damage and that you would be charged for replacements or further damage caused to the room (something ive never experienced before!)

Other than the weird room tour experience everything was really good
