Location
The staff is non cooperative.
They listen with one ear and reject it with the other ear.
In our 04 nights stay, despite reminding them every day again and again, they couldn't arrange to clean our rooms and bathrooms.
2.9
not for families, they have a night club in the ground floor
we can smell cigarettes on bedroom
2.9
No view of Bosporos, as promised. No room cleaning during 4 nights. No new towels, even if I asked for it in the reception. No garbage was taken out.
2.9
Nothing
I have booked a lot of rooms through Booking. Com and had no problems at all, but this is the worst by far it should NOT BE on their website
The only reason we stayed was that they took pay ment on arrival and would not refund any arguing, and they would call the police. Which in Turkey is not the greatest outcome.
The bathroom was full of mould
There were only shere curtains on the windows. So at 530 am when you just got to sleep because of the from the noise of the nightclub, it was broad daylight in the room.
They did not service room at all even though it was stated they did
The restaurant had been closed and turned into a nightclub, so all you heard all night was the thumbing music .so breakfeast was no longer included as was meant to be
The foyer floor was covered in spilted drinks and cigarette butts
The room was no smoking, but we had to buy air freshers to try and mask the smell of smoke in the room.
The balcony was falling apart. If you could fit out on it, it was not safe to do so,it probably would have collapsed..
The staff we were young at reception and tried to help, but there was english was not great. We had to ask at reception for fresh towels and toliet paper.
The price we paid was so expensive for a ZERO rate hotel, I can only expect the hotel to have changed ownership since we booked ,they still have booking .com rating stickers from 2017 rating 8.5
On return to the hotel at night, you did not feel safe entering force your way through drunks in the foyer (from nightclub) and arguing people.
PLEASE DONOT STAY HERE

1. They do not serve breakfast anymore
2. Extreme noise in both the 'quiet' back rooms, as the place operates a nightclub until 4-5 in the morning, so the base and the loud music reach all the rooms.
3. The place is run down and it looks like it will close down pretty soon.
4. During our 3 nights at the hotel the room was never cleaned, no clean towels, we had to ask for toilet paper.
1. On the first night, after I had checked in around 3.30 pm, I returned to the hotel at 12.15 a.m., and my plastic key wouldn't work. I asked the receptionist to reprogram it. Three times later the key still didn't work and I couldn't enter my room. I asked them to call a locksmith, he came at about 1.15 a.m. He tried and tried to handle the door it didn't work. A bit later, and when I got really angry and called the police, they called a real locksmith crew who had to BREAK the door for me to get my things out of the room.
2. At 3.45 - 4.00 a.m. I was packing all my staff and I moved to another room, which was at least one category lower than the one I had booked (which was with a Bosporus view), and now I was facing the extremely busy and noisy Siraselviler street. In that room, the two balcony chairs were brokend, instead I had a WHEELCHAIR to sit outside and have a cup of coffee.
3. On the second day the receptionist asked me to pay the full amount for my stay. Because I DID NOT HAVE A ROOM to sleep in until 4.00 a.m. on the day of my arrival, I told the receptionist that I would pay for two instead of three nights, and let booking.com resolve the issue. If booking.com said I had to pay, then I would pay them through the operator once I got home.
4. I was threatened by the owner that he would call the police on me, that he had 'footage' that I HAD BROKEN THE DOOR!!!!! It was the Turkish Presidential Election Day, and OF COURSE, who would want to take it up with the Turkish police, where NOBODY spoke English?????
5. I paid the full amount, but during the last day and night of my stay, I was quite afraid that someone would damage my things or harm me. Luckily I was there with a group of friends, so they were not only witnesses to the situation but aware of the owners' threats.

Location.
Dirty place, staff could speak any English except one person, we found ashtray full of cigarettes and other cigarettes in a room, everything stickned of cigarettes, bedding was used by the previous visitors etc.

We were not offered a breakfast as it seems that a night club has taken the place of the dining room.
Shower leaked in the bathroom and tea and coffee sachets were not replaced. Water was provided in a small kitchen in the kitchenette.
No cutlery other than two knives two forks and two mugs and plates. No teaspoons.

staffs behaviour was too good
only the clubs crowd downstairs

The views were amazing if you’re willing to pay mainly for the views. Ibrahim was a lot of help whenever any issue was to be addressed but the people on night shift can’t communicate well.
The property needs maintenance like the dryer in the bathroom doesn’t work and the balcony doors need fixing.

Hotel Manager Ibrahim was very friendly. Always greeted with the smile. Rooms were very clean and spacious with an amazing view of Bosphorous. Hotel is recently renovated which is a plus plus.

Reception: 24 Hours, very friendly, helpful staff.
Location: Right next to Taksim Square (metro station, restaurants, bars, shopping)
Room: Bed was amazing, room quite big, terrace, bathroom top with big walk in shower. Water / Tea are free (I think 1,5l bottle /day)
The only "negative" i could state ist that the Hotel was not fully opened (restaurant part was closed - but you want to eat in the city anyways.

The room was big and exactly as described and had the BEST view ever, for the price it was well worth it and a very good find and perhaps even a bargain.
The balcony is slightly narrow but the view was amazing and i sat there each night happily.
Can hear everything outside the room
Strong cigarette smell in the bathroom
Location but that is not the hotels fault - it is very hectic outside with a lot of harrasing beggars.
2.9
The location bosphorus view, too close to Taksim square (subway station), beside carefour market, it was a center point
Pleasant and helpful stuff
The towels were poor and torn
Drier on bathroom for towels was broken down
The water was cut off for a whole day
Electric for key pass was broken down in the middle off stay

The hotel is located 50 meters away from Taksim in and is so simple, clean, and traditional. So for people who want to stay close to Taksim in hotel with big comfortable Rooms I highly recommend this place
The view of the room on the bosphorus is so great and the room has a simple balcony too.
From the staff we liked Ismet so much. He was so friendly and speak English very well, he gave us a free upgrade of our room in the last day to the deluxe room and helped us in directions in Istanbul and arranged our trip to Bursa so smoothly. I would like to thank Ismet specifically for his support for us during our stay.
we will book this hotel definitely when we visit Istanbul again.
I liked most of the things about the hotel and it exceeded my expectations but it will be better if they put in the rooms more types of tea and Nescafé to make sitting in the balconies or rooms more enjoyable.

There was one young men in the reciption, he was very good and he help us a lot.
Location is very good.
No free car park, but very close to it ( around 50 m ) there is car park with charge.
The lift ( elevator ) is very small and old.
