Air con in the room was literally broken, that day was super cold! And we asked the staff for solution, they just told us to get the extra blankets BY OURSELVES in the shelf next to elevator's entry. The hotel is unbelievably irresponsible and lack of maintenance. Despite the location is in the center of the old street, it took us around 10 minutes to walk from the bus stop to the old street. IMPORTANT! Please be aware of the bus service in this hotel! At the night before leaving, we paid 90 yuan for bus ticket. Everything seemed normal (staff didn't mention anything extra, only mentioned that there will be a car to pick us up to the bus stop) Next day, they took us to to the bus stop as they promised but we got on an UNOFFICIAL BUS, which is also called us illegal cheap bus. But as hotel said, it is for our "convenience" so they not only let us get on the bus but also have the shuttle service that bring us to the bus stop. Personally, the experience made me disappointed at this hotel, and I will never recommend anyone to this hotel.
