Convenient, very clean and easy access. With unlimited wifi and fast lift facility. Value for money. Nearby mall and LRT, MRT.

Sometimes outdoor smell comes in the hotel lobby, but it is something the hotel cannot do much due to the location

there's no toiletries, they provide you 1 containers of soap, shampoo and conditioner. 3 in 1.

the room was dirty.. first i arrive. i got my key for room 611 but suddenly the door is problem. im waiting so long between 5 to 10 minutes for wating the manager and housekeeping to open the door for me. Suddenly when their come with new card, the cant open the door. the i wait more 10 minutes there for the master key. i see the houskeeping i sopne the door with key . then i ask, why u open like that, how if i go out and want to go in .. how can i open ? the i go to the reception, i ask for the nnew room.. she givce me 511.. i go to the room. i notice all the mattress sheets is dirty. i already take video for my safety
