During a year when holidays abroad felt extra special Adamo & Antonella could not have made our week in Puglia any better; they were incredibly warm, hospitable and helpful throughout, keeping our room v. clean and cooking us an amazing Italian breakfast every morning, full of local delicacies (aged ricotta was probably my favourite!). Adamo went out of his way to ensure we had a great time, giving us recommendations on local villages, restaurants and beaches to visit, and even rescued us 1 day when a bike rental place we used refused to pick us up from our end point - eventful day! I was also treated to a homemade birthday cake which was delightful (see picture!). Their place is a lovely, peaceful retreat only a few minutes drive from Ostuni or Ceglie, their beds are comfortable and rooms nice and cool. There are also a number of great little spots to relax in the grounds, including a great swimming pool that we spent a lot of time at. I never really write reviews but felt dutibound to after our week here - you really shouldn’t look any further and we can’t wait to stay here again.

The breakfast was ample and from local products. The pool was nice and big. Nice common areas. Quietness which was important for us. The host was very kind and helpful. We got welcome wine, Italian appetizer and water, which we were appreciated. We got one night homemade pasta with tomato sauce made by his mom as free. We loved it very much! Perfect location as a base to visit around Puglia.

The room was a bit dark, and would be good to have some shelves.
