Location was near beach

I don't think it is 4 star...hotel. I would say 2.5 star. Breakfast area wasn't cleaned up as customers finished eating etc..

Good breakfast. Service was good at breakfast restaurant. Property location & villa system was OK. I request to repay 1/3 amount as there was nothing provided for third person. It was written parking for car, but we have to park our vehicle outside premises.( we could do that as we have driver available.) Taxi people use to harass our driver.

As per contract room was for triple sharing, but there was no bed for third person. Cleanliness & everyday cleaning not done. I have to sleep on floor mattress, which was too uncomfortable.

Menu could have been better given the star rating of the resort

Low balconies facing the pool gave absolutely no privacy

The rooms were really good and they were pretty clean with all the necessary services provided. They also provide ample parking space. The hotel is located in proximity to the beach and the beach is very clean.

The management with the booking.com could have been better. I received multiple messages to make the advance payment. However, there was no such commitment at the time of booking. Also i believe they should have provided iron, which i think is pretty basic
