Perfect location in a beautiful Alpine resort town. Walking distance to everything: shops, cafes, attractions, restaurants. Spotlessly clean and great communication with the hosts. We got a discount on our admission to the thermal baths with our guest card. The terrace was lovely to enjoy a coffee and a nice view of the mountains. The host met us on arrival and showed us the apartment and gave us the keys. Parking was very convenient right in front of the house. Even though there was a large family with a couple of small children staying above us, we didn’t hear anything from their apartment as the walls were very thick and sound-proof. The beds were cozy and the kitchen well-appointed. The hosts had a very sweet, calm and polite golden retriever who would come to visit us on the terrace, but only if invited.

The only thing missing from the kitchen was baking dishes for the oven.

The view from the balcony is marvelous. Facilities were nice and clean. The location is close to the bus terminal and pretty much everything is in walking distance.

Maybe the house could be a bit chilly during night especially during the winter time but not too much.

we come almost every year to chalet Tatyana or guesthouse steinbock. Sabina is the perfect host and the chalet is very clean with all the equipment you need and more, highly recommended

The unexpected extra charges apparently we had to pay in CASH after we had already booked and paid booking.com. The extra fees demanded was Chf 20 for 2 days parking, plus Chf 111 for linen and tax. We were messaged by the owners after we had booked to say we must pay these extra fees in cash and then on our day of departure the owners husband turned up on the doorstep to collect. Left a very bad taste in the mouth. Very unsatisfactory and spoilt our stay.

Ms Sabine and her partner were amazing. The accommodation was perfect indeed.
