Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Room is exactly like the pictures you see.. I stayed in Deluxe King room on floor level. Had nice view with river. Restaurant had a delicious dinner menu well worth eating there. The continenal breakfast including freshly made cappuchinos. Will definitely go back to stay again when in Muswellbrook.

The food was delicious, portion sizes excellent, choices good.

The service could do with a lot of improvement. We had to wait 45 minutes for a cocktail with lots of reminders about our order. Then the next morning the same amount of time for a coffee. We ended up having to have it as a takeaway as my husband had finished his breakfast and we needed to leave. On the Friday night we saw many errors made by the staff, wrong meals delivered to tables. One of our guests ordered two entrees with the instructions that one was to be brought out with main meal, but both were brought out together. I don’t know if staff were new but service left a lot to be desired.

It's a shame the bats have invaded Muswellbrook.

The motel was very clean and the beds were great.

We arrived after hours and we hadn’t receive the after hours lock box code. We rang the motel number to listen to the answering machine to get the emergency number late at night this was very stressful. Also the air fresher in the hallway is a little too much.
