Suite was not finished and when finished not really tidy. Employees eating from the breakfast menu.

The hotel was overbooked and they told us that Booking.com had canceled our reservation.

My room faced west with Awesome close water view and super sunsets. Staff is all great. Room was very quiet most of the time. Location is great and for me was necessary as I had business to do within a short walk. Room was clean . I am not a breakfast type person , but it looked pretty good and had a fruits , eggs , muffins etc......

There is no refrigerator , microwave , or in-room coffee maker. And , the TV has a Very Limited channel selection , like maybe 15 stations , with no ESPN etc , or sports at all really , and only One English speaking channel. Boring.!!!!!! Finally , the Price is way too high for what you get in general. And on April 1st , the rate went UP alot more , and exceeded what I would pay say for example , in Denver CO. , for a really nice room with much better amenities. The world is Expensive. Period.

Good budget hotel to visit La Paz. You do need a car to get to all the places, but then everything is closeby. The centre is a short 10 minutes drive. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, very good wifi, good showers, and comfy beds.

Breakfast area is very small, so a bit crowded. Also rather basic in what they offer. Don't let that be a show stopper.

Fruit and toast were great! Loved that coffee was available at all hours. The shuttle was a great asset, but customers were not being advised of this option.

Orange juice was watered down. More breakfast options, such as hot cakes, danishes and/or boiled eggs would have been great. Scrambled eggs with mushrooms or peppers were too soggy. Decaf coffee and hot cocoa would’ve been nice. No microwave, no fridge. No hand towels were provided. Two dirty bath towels were placed in the room for 4 adults. No closet, no safe, toilet seat kept sliding off the toilet. Staff at reception desk were unfriendly and unapproachable. Highly recommend customer service and people skills training. Kitchen and housekeeping staff were very pleasant, but highly overworked hence the room being cleaned after 6pm which was ridiculous. Rooms were not vacuumed, swept or mopped.

The breakfast was pretty good. I liked the yogurt and granola.

They could of had some muffins, bagels or other sweet breads.

Location was good with parking and security

We rented the room for a week for 2 people. They provided us with one bath towel, one hand towel. The first time I asked the maid for more, she gave me one more bath towel. This went on for 7 days. If we put the towels on the sink as requested if we wanted them changed, we might get one towel or none. The maids couldn't just give us the necessary towels even thought they still have carts on our floor. The made me go down to reception and explain that we had 2 people and needed two towels. We were staying at the hotel in La Paz to work on our boat. We would return to the room between 3:30 and 5:00 pm. Four out of seven days the room still hadn't been cleaned. The last night of our stay there, we returned to the room at 5:00 pm and the bed hadn't been made but one bath towel, the only hand towel and the bath mat were missing.. We made the bed and showed with the one towel. The maid finally knocked on our door at 6:45 pm and asked if the room had been cleaned. The hotel provided only 2 half sized bottles of drinking water for 2 people for 7 days. There was a big sign on the drinking water how they were proud to provide safe water for their patrons. Tap water is not an option in Mexico. They provided a breakfast buffet, but the food items were always running out. The staff was very slow in restocking. Also there was not a salt or pepper shaker to be had, bring your own.
