Rezeption erst ab 17 Uhr besetzt. Elektronischer Zugang funktionierte nicht. Mussten 2 Stunden warten zum einchecken. Teppichboden im Flur hat schlecht gerochen, zog sich bis in das Zimmer. Kleine Kopfkissen, kleine Badetücher.

Efficient check in using a touch screen and credit card receipt gives the code to the room. The next morning we asked for additional pillows and they were there in the evening The breakfast served delicious croissants and bread amongst other things. The orange juice and coffee were excellent

the hotel was well situated, close to the motorway but quiet.

It was in the middle of a big refurbishment and didn’t look opened to start with, but the receptionist/gérante(?) was very helpful and very cheerful despite the difficulties of the situation. We got a room that was comfortable but was obviously still missing some furnishings as no mirrors, no extra pillow, no hairdryer, but it was fine. They managed to provide a full breakfast in very difficult circumstances. Well done!!

I liked the staff at the check-in, the size of the room was fine and the bed comfortable.

I did not like the persistent smell in the room, I´m not sure if it was old smell of tobacco or from the heating machine

Location good and restaurant next door excellent

It was so hot in the room. The air con unit was sending out hot air even when turned off at the wall or set to cool. 4am was hanging out of the window trying to cool. Could not sleep with window open as next to busy road and lorries going past so too noisy. Got up on chair try to find another way to turn off vent but it was hard wired to wall. Went to reception for help but no-one around. Only phone to call help was outside and I didn’t want to risk getting locked out with my child alone in the room. Explained all to staff at breakfast but they just shrugged shoulders and said “ok”. No apology. Barely slept at all.
