The location is fantastic. Very tranquil and calm nearby Gardaland and Parco Natura Viva and Lago di Garda. (we had a car so could move around easy- it would be more difficult without a car). The apartment was well organized and quite spacious, with more than enough room for me and my two sons, a lovely patio overlooking the little lake, a straightforward kitchen with a large fridge and pots/pans etc., a bathroom with ample hot water, air conditioning, places outside for my young son to play in, parking right in front of the apartment etc. Very easy and tranquil place. Andrea was always available and we had great communication with him. He helped us with everything and anything we needed.

The beds/pillows were a little uncomfortable. Not too bad, but not great. Fortunately, I brought my own mattress top as I have back problems, so it was fine. The restaurant nearby is very basic, nothing fancy. Ok for a simple pizza.

Not enough cutlery in the kitchen.

Everything is exceptionally clean!!! The countryside setting is so beautiful yet very close to all activities. Staff was very attentive. We are already looking at availability for October!!

Tuesday is a day of rest for the staff. I find that perfectly okay but didn't know in advance. The rooms are exceptionally well configured with air conditioning and a refrigerator, but the restaurant facilities don't open until 7:30am. A water heater in the room for coffee or tea would be nice. These are tiny things and we are already looking forward to our next stay!!

Really nice stay close to Garda. Air condition was super at the temperatures when we visited, and there was a nice restaurant to have pizza on our first night in Italy.

There was a very strict deadline for checkin at 22 which put is in quite a hurry on a long drive from Germany. But once we arrived, the staff was there for at least another hour and I feel we could probably have arrived at midnight without problems.

Best location and clean and big appartment. If the terrace would be completly fenced for our dogs, it would be perfect.

Bed could be better, I missed some dishes for cooking coffe and making salad.. but we improvised so in the end it was all good.

Amazing location, polite and helpful staff! It's a beautiful and peaceful place.

The soundproofing of the room wasn't quite good.

We had a great night sleep in the very comfortable beds in the quiet countryside. Nice place to stay if you want to 'avoid crowds'.

Beautiful little lake and nice restaurant directly at the hotel. We stayed for one night as a travel stop. It was the perfect match for our needs.

We heard very clearly all sounds from the bath room of our neighbours . Was no problem, because the neighbours were not loud. But the description in booking.com says "sound insulation" under "general" which is definitively wrong...
