The rooms are beautiful

Water went all through the bathroom when taking a shower

Staff were very friendly and helpful, location is excellent with plenty of parking and bed is very comfortable

shower is terrible there’s no pressure at all and no need to turn on the cold water it’s cold enough without, hair and dust behind the bathroom door and old napkin/tissue left sitting on a chair from previous people staying in the room

bathroom was very mouldy previous nights guest rubbish left in bins

Would like easier access to rooms from underground carpark.

please don’t be put off by the front of the property or how far your room is away. for $126 per night it was great value and no complaints

The rooms were very clean, but a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable

Location was excellent

Access to the room was some distance. Although ramps for disabled access, distance from car park to room was difficult. Room smelt musty and needed ventilation. Toaster available down the hall on a table, but was old and needed cleaning.
