Superb location within a short stroll to The Old Port (5 mins) along the waterfront, Retail District (instantly) and The Old Town (5 mins) with contemporary and classic Taverna's , Bars and Eateries. Cross the street and head towards the beach by turning left . Or turn right to go to The Old Port Taverna's and Bars. Loved the apartment with American mid-century furniture details and library of eclectic books. Spacious studio and the balcony wide and long we enjoyed every morning and night. Excellent!!!! we will come back here again. Also, the owner, Pavlos has an awesome outside Taverna Bar/Restaurant just 75 meters away called "The Library". You must go there it has exceptional food menu, drinks menu and a wonderful team of service providers. The Best!

A little problem with the hot water service. Unfortunately, it never worked when we tried flicking the red switch on. It was summer and it was hot during the day and night. We personally liked having cooler showers after all.

Facilites were good. Location is just in the center. Was just for one night.

We couldn't barely sleep! The doors let you hear everything that happens on the streets and that was a lot of noise. Guys testing their engine sounds every 5 minutes through the whole night. Additionally right now there is a construction right over the street right now. They started working at 3 in the night and it felt like they were standing and working just on the balcony. And as you could see in the attached picture they basically almost did as the balcony / apartment is the one between the arms of the concrete pump...

right in the old part of Limassol near the old port, new marina and castle. shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Also the beach front very close.

maybe a little noisy at night for some people but wasn’t a problem with the air conditioning on and windows and doors closed as they are well insulated.

The apartment is nicely designed. Location is amazing

There was a strong cigarette smell in the apartment. For us as non-smokers it was very obvious. You get used to it while inside, but you smell it every time you get out and then come back. And it was like there lived a smoker for many years there, so the smell is just in everything. Also there is a big construction project across the apartment. They start early in the morning (7am even on public holiday) and sound isolation is non-existent, so no chance to sleep in. They didn't work at night, but there are cable protective desks on the ground around the construction, every time car passes through them it makes unbelievably loud sound. So every 2 minutes I woke up and I am not a light sleeper. We were glad we stayed for just 1 night. Really wouldn't recommend this apartment until the construction is over.

Superb experience in the Studios. Host met us personally and handed over the keys plus gave us recommendations on the places to visit. We were allowed to park in private parlin slot for free. Studio is very stylish and well equipped, we took plenty of pictures there. Great location - sea is just 2 minutes walking distance away. Amazing spot to view sunrise - even from your balcony.

There are constructions taking place just across the street which makes the whole area noisy. We were warned about it by the host on arrival. Couldn't sleep once they began work (around 6 am) - it made us wake up and watch the sunrise though and we loved it!

A budget choice in the center of Limassol with a big room, a small veranda and side sea view.

Comfy bed, amazing shower, very cool interiors. Short walk to the old town and lots of restaurants, bars etc, very handy for the marina.

It is at a very very busy intersection, which makes using the balcony not at all pleasant - if you’re looking for somewhere with usable outdoor space I wouldn’t recommend this place, which is a shame because everything else about it is fantastic.

We loved the fact that even in the hearth of the city there was a peaceful. The apartment is done with love in each detail and piece of furniture. Even that there is no photos of the bathroom…. Don’t be worry…. It was top 10!

The WiFi was a little slow …. But this is not a big problem …..

Spacious, comfortable, at the most conveniet location, super clean, decorated with impeccable taste and exceptional attention to detail. The host even helped us with dinner reservations which was greatly appreciated. We have stayed at all 3 city center studios so far and they are all highly recommended 👌
