Breakfast was great. Mr Ron made my wife and I waffles and assisted us with anything we needed.
The area around the facility is under construction and needs to be cleaned up.
We had stayed at the BWP in Owensboro Ky on Saturday and Sunday Dec 2and Dec 3. Each night cost was $123.17 each night. We drove to Elizabethtown Ky and stayed Monday night Dec 4 for $142.21. Why is the weeknights more expensive than the weekend?

Clean, great location.
The drapes were almost see through. The bright lights from the parking lot came through my windows. It was like I had lights on in my room. They had big drapes that didn’t close becuse of the AC unit. They need something to cover window from parking lot lights

We did not eat breakfast, but it would have been nice to have bananas or other handheld fruit to take on the road. . Location was close to the interstate and easy to access.
Why did we have to ask for a TV channel guide, and then be told to return it to the front desk upon departure? That's just weird.

When we arrived the rooms were not together, we went ahead and checked in the rooms. When a room come available so we could be together they told us and let use move at no extra cost. That’s the reason I’ll keep using you as my first choice of rooms.

The beds were very comfortable and the lady at the front desk helped us with a problem we had when our whole party did not get there on time.
We had to be at Fort Knox by 8. We waited until the breakfast was open at 7 to leave, but had to leave without it since it still was not open at 7:06.

It was roomy and clean. Staff was nice.
They let the dirty towels pile up. And we had to ask for more several times. They never emptied the trash. The shower was slick. The floor has no texture. I wouldn't stay there again because of it. It's dangerous. The breakfast was horrible. The juice was watered-down. The powered eggs were awful. Poor variety . No fruit.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Just stayed here for a halfway point for our trip and would stay again.
The eggs were a little watery from being in a hot enclosed container.

Breakfast options were great, both hot and cold food options. Grab and go was convenient w specially the water and coffee station.
Location is right off the highway. Didn’t seem like the best area but it worked for traveling to our destination.

no TV guide, breakfast food temperature needed to be hot (was barely warm). pool was uninviting - dark sparse room, couldn’t get the temperature of the room to adjust.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially the young woman at the front desk. The free coffee I’m the lobby was outstanding and I wish I had taken advantage of this more. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfy. The room was huge and very clean. The shower pressure was awesome!
The store downstairs could have used more items. I would have like a mat for the shower because it was a bit slippery.
