Excellent location , near the beach , 2 min walk , nice room ( no 4 ) with sea view , very clean, the lady owner very nice and helpfully.

It would be so nice if this locations had breakfast :-(.

The location is exceptional just a few meters away from the sea and the rocky cliffs. We staid in the ground floor studio which has a lovely terrace with a nice garden and a table with two armchairs where you can eat looking at the sea in front of you. There was quiet.

We staid in April so we need to heat the room and the only way to do this is through the air conditioner in the room which is not the best option. I recommend adding an electrical radiator. In the bathroom I would suggest to add a shower curtain because when you make a shower the water jumps in all directions in the bath. The kitchenette is well equipped but there is no salt, sugar, oil or tea there. So you must bring with you.

It's a quiet location. Extremely clean and extremely affordable. On our second day there the owner offered us a better room - with an amazing seaview - for no additional cost. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had some trouble communicating with the host before our arrival because I'd sent a message in English and I got a reply in Bulgarian. When we got there, however, we found that our requests had been met. The bathroom floor may become a little slippery when wet, so pay attention to that. No major complaints whatsoever. I'd gladly stay there again.

The view was fantastic, and the hosts were really helpful , made sure all the facilities were provided efficiently. They were always available in case if any thing was needed. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. The housekeeping staff was really friendly and provided good service. Bonus point, access to the seaside.

The property has a great view towards the sea & cliffs and is very close (around 5 minutes away) from Harmanite beach. The room is clean, has an AC, mini-fridge and balcony.

It is written "free public parking" but there is no parking available at all (in September). The whole small street in front of the property is full of parked cars and the best you can do is to stop your car in the middle of the street for a few minutes just until you get your luggage in or out. Upon checking-out I stopped the car for less than 5 minutes on the only currently available spot on the next street (it wasn't in front of a vehicle entrance or obstructing the traffic in any way) and with my blinkers turned on and upon returning I saw a lady that was just about calling a tow truck to come remove my car. If you want to let your car parked overnight, nearby (5-10 walking minutes away) there are two paid parkings, which were also full. I had to park my car at the third closest available paid parking (near the city stadium) for 15 leva per day. Fortunately I stayed only 2 nights in Sozopol.

Very nice people. Very comfortable studio with kitchen appliances. The hotel is located right next to the sea with a wonderful view. Very close to Harmany beach.

An excellent location. The view is incredible. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The beach is 2 minutes walk. A big supermarket is 10 minutes walk. A lot of affordable restaurants around. I am really happy with my stay. A small flower garden under our balcony was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great view on the sea (photo), very kind host, late and convenient hour of check out. Really low price for a very good value. Available parking spot in front of the hotel (not in a high season).

Just Great. Communication was Very Good. We don‘t speak Bulgarien so the Host tried to speak english and they did their best to make us feel comfortable. The view is fantastic and everything worked well. The city is not completely open due to corona so there are not many restaurants open. We found 4 Restaurants open. Very good supermarket near the house and some vegetables shop as well were open. You might hear neighbors wenn they are drunk and singing😂
