Nice view to the ocean, with quasi private (if small) beach. Very responsive and friendly host.
IKEA furniture, all functional but not very cosy
A bit expensive given the location (20 minute drive to Siracusa)

It is a really nice place if you don't care about having a descent grocery shop around the corner.
Located just by the sea with a really nice view. The apartment we rented had a big terrace ideal for a morning coffee or a meal.
There are two en-suite rooms, one with a nice double bed, the other one has a sofa, which was broken.
No grocery shop around and cats which were really annoying. You couldn't leave the door open as they were always after food and sneaking into the apartments.
Broken sofa in one of the rooms and very little space around the bed in the other room.

We loved the location! fabulous on the water. This would be a great rental in warmer weather to enjoy the big patio. Bedrooms were very comfortable, kitchen was ok, laundry nice to have. Heat worked and we asked for and received extra blankets. Parking was on the street close by.
We didn’t realize it was just 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and kitchen. Because we were there in cooler time a living room would of been great. in warmer weather don’t need as they have lots of patio furniture.
The showers are not great, cheap hand held ones.

When we did ask Concetta about a private taxi to take us around the area, she recommended Giuseppe. He is more than excellent. We asked Giuseppe few time to take us to siracusa once and took us one evening to dine out. He was always on time. Very handy.
Great location. Very clean and tidy.
The villa Assistant manager her name is Concetta gave us a really good recommendation of selected restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

No sitting room. Shortage of utensils and limited china and cutlery.

Great appartement by the sea. A little bit far to walk to restaurants and bars so you do need a car to get around. We actually loved to use the little beach instead of driving to beaches nearby witch was crowded with people. Suggest to go to Avola or Noto and use the beaches there instead. Big appartament, comfortable beds and clean.
Some little things to get this place just excellent, like pillows on the terrace that wasn't in good shapes and more kitchens supplement.
