The vibe was cool. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Staff friendly and accommodating. The fridge was stocked with fruit and fresh bread came in the am. Great touch. The rooms were big and comfortable. Felt like a nice apartment.

We liked the laundry facilities, however dryers took a long time to dry.

The warm welcome received at the reception desk. We particularly loved all the Art and Sculpture pieces making it a very Stylised and Chic Boutique Hotel . The Artworks complimented the entire Contemporary feel that this Hotel offers. The Design , Architecture and Layout of the Hotel and the Hotel Rooms and amenities were another outstanding feature . You could definitely pick up on the attention to detail. The cleanliness and fresh smell of the rooms as well as the note to advise that the room had been Sanitised made one feel really at ease. A fridge full of Breakfast items for self service is included in the room rate not forgetting the fresh croissants and baguettes 🥖 delivered to your room early morning . Beautiful , blissful , sublime , restful are words that come to mind when thinking about our time spent at South Beach Camps Bay Boutique Hotel. Can’t wait ti be back

Loved the hospitality - it felt like everyone on the property wanted to be helpful and to ensure we had a great visit. We noticed and felt well taken care of. The fridge also comes stocked with complimentary fruits and breakfast items. We packed a few sandwiches for our hike. Such a nice touch! Art also added a cool vibe. Super clean.

The suite was very modern, spacious and has everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen, fantastic for us as we love to cook every now and then. The fridge was fully stocked with a variety of food for breakfast and fresh bread and croissants are left hanging on your door in the morning!

Daily power outage up to eight hours, except for lights, other facilities were not operating such as elevators, AC, WH, refrigerators and phone charging powers. All of which were not mentioned by the hotel on their website or on booking.com

The king bed was not comfy and splitted so there will be gap in the middle, breakfast you have to make it on your own

great location on the seafront with a balcony facing the sea, you can watch the sunset from your hotel room. good size room. nice staff. great that they do the breakfast in your room.

the glass walls for the toilet make it a little bit too close to comfort when you are sat on your hotel bed listening to your partner use the loo.

I had the most perfect stay in one of South Beach’s newly opened suites. The design was phenomenal, so elegant and we had so much space, as if we where at home. I am looking forward to staying again. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We stayed in the Grand Suite and it was perfect. The suite was so spacious and had everything we needed and more, it even comes with a fully stocked fridge with complimentary food. The staff were very kind and accommodating and the location is more than ideal. Fresh bread and croissants were hanging on our door in the morning when we woke up, such a nice touch! We would highly recommend this stay

I never leave reviews but I couldn’t not leave one for this place. I had the best experience at South Beach. I stayed in one of the newly converted suites with the small private plunge pool. It was so spacious and comfortable and they thought of everything. The food being stocked in the fridge was such a nice touch. The bathroom and shower were lovely. Huge bedroom with comfortable bed. Great living room/sitting area. I could have lived in a place like that. I was so sad to leave and will definitely be back!

It was so windy and had an issue with one of the interior doors that kept blowing open, which took a little while to be resolved but wasn’t a huge deal.

Really liked the fridge being stocked & the bread delivery each day.

Location is excellent

I would have preferred breakfast to have been cooked. But, it gave flexibility, so there were benefits to cooking it for yourself (the food was provided and was delicious).
