So amazing and highly reccomended. I don't even know where to start. The terrace with view over the river is gorgeous. Having breakfast here in the morning is such a nice way to start the day. Since the place does not offer breakfast, the owner will leave some discount vouchers for one of the local pastry shops for you. The appartment itself is so gorgeous and makes you feel right at home. A super comfy bed, the kitchen is fully equipped with literally everything you need and there is also an extra fridge already filled with local wines, beers and snacks which you can easily pay for online or cash. The bathroom and its shower are amazing. Even the shower products the owner leaves for you are fantastic. It's so cosy you don't want to leave. Every little detail is thought of and the owners are super nice and always available. The appartment is right in the center of Chiavenna but, it is at the same time super quiet and relaxing. I would always come back to this beautiful little gem and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Location is super, so close to everything still quiet and stunning garden, easy to find and very axcessable.

The kitchen, equipment and utensils where not sufficient, but maybe we are the exception because we like to cook.

This apartment is amazing, you will have everything you need for cooking and relaxing. Garden is perfect for taking some glass of wine in the evening after skiing in Madesimo which is not far away. Near apartment is some restaurants and bakery's. The host Francesca always was in touch with us and gave us perfect service.

Francesca and Marcello were very welcoming and helpful during our stay, we felt at home with the Christmas decorations, biscuits and fruits, thanks a lot. We would love to come back soon!

Great location in the pedestrian zone of Chiavenna, with the terrace overlooking the river. Friendly and helpful owners. Rich and tasty breakfast. Spacy and clean room with classy, modern interior (we stayed at the Canton room, I believe).

The location is ideal, in the heart of Chiavenna and close to the public parking. The room was big and had a lot of facilities. The breakfast items were regional and fresh. The whole apartment was recently renovated and was a good value for money even though a bit expensive compared to the market average. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Every morning you get fresh bread and croissants at the door entrance.

The mattress was a bit hard but this is subjective. The coffee tabs weren’t very good, a better variety would be great.

the room was great with a very good breakfast at least the first day, the second morning the bread was not really good (sunday).

The owner does not really speak English so the communication is complicated. The small terrasse garden is not connected to the room and it is shared with the all building.

Room was beautiful and modern as well as being very clean.

Bed mattress was very firm and only one pillow provided per person. Breakfast was average considering fruit was not edible-old and wrinkly, brioches for the first day weren’t the flavor requested, fresh bread was the hollow type roll usually used with cold cut meats whereas it would’ve been nice to have a fresh loaf so we could use the spreads provided. Price was too much considering these negative aspects.
