The friendliness of the staff and accommodating.

The A/C stopped working in the evening, no electric fan provided. We booked 3 rooms, no electric on room A1. (my sons ) We couldn't sleep at all as the rooms were so warm, we stayed outside as long as we can. We were furious as we had to wake up early the following day @ 430am for the whale shark viewing. The a/c were back @ around 1230am. I would not go back on this place .. 😒

We had the room with the beach view. Amazing and we had such a wonderful time. We also met the owner who was very friendly. They have a nice beachfront viewing area which we loved.

The bathroom was just broken and it needed to be cleaned. There were ants and bugs which made it difficult to take a shower. There was also no soap and shampoo in our room, we had to ask at the reception which closes at night. We had to wait till the morning.

This a nice hotel, I booked 2 rooms for 14 nights and when we came we realized that the hotel is beachfront, but there is no beach actually, the hotel stairs leads to the sea. That's actually great, but for me travelling with 2 small kids and working online sand beach was a requirement. My booking was non-refundable, but I tried my luck and negotiated with the hotel, and they kindly agree to change my dates without any fees and refunded the nights I didn't use. Even more, when I had to extend my stay here for 1 day and I booked 1 room instead of 2 rooms, and when I was going to check out from 1 room, hotel notified that I can keep second room as well at no cost! Hotel is great location if you would like to swim with whale sharks! The hotel staff is very kind. Hotel has great views, nice pools. We loved our stay here!

The only thing that wasn't met our expectations was a beach, there is no beaches at Oslob though)

good value for money. the owner and staff were extremely nice and friendly. We were allowed to bring food and drinks without being charged corkage fee.

Nothing stands out that we disliked in the room. The location wasn’t great for the whale shark diving but a short walk to a small town. Would stay again!

Right on the ocean. Easy walk to the mall Air con works and nice place to eat on the water front.

staff location sea facial basic but gets good family type vibes: it was owners birthday and they did invite us for food and all, we didn't take it as we vegetarian but the overall staff was good and accommodative of our requests

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the restaurant there. When we went to order there was only rice and fried chicken left, when we had asked twice if we could order at 8pm. The dish came cold...
