The house included basic stuff to kick off the stay (toilet paper, soap, shampoo) and towels for everybody and is decently spacious. The house is well located, nicely decorated and the owner is willing to help.

Upon arrival, we were very disappointed that the house was not well cleaned (especially after being told that it was disinfected per the COVID rules) and the swimming pool was dirty (photos sent to the owner on first day). The state of the kitchen was unacceptable: the cook top was oily and the cupboards as well, the kettle was rotten with rust and the coffee whisk had visible dirt/ stains and a dirty towel was forgotten in one of the cupboards. The toilets smelled badly throughout our stay due to dirty bins or probably a leak (the tiles were sort of wet) and one of the door handles falls out when opening the door. The swimming pool inner floor had an uncovered filter (hole) which is dangerous (my husband had a quite deep cut on his foot). Some of the dining chairs are not stable (a couple of legs bended). We already informed the owner on most of the points and suggestions for improvements. The pool was eventually cleaned and the toilet bins replaced and the owner offered to deep clean the house but this was not preferable for us during our stay.

The owners were fab and great with communication. Villa was lovely and perfect for families. Beds comfy and the villa was nicely decorated and had everything you need. Pool had a shallow and deep end and good size. Nice location and close enough to everything but far enough away for quiet.

The host has been the best, made our stay super easy and was very helpful, would rate him 10 out 10
