All very easy at check in and out Very friendly staff Top vegetarian restaurant next door really recommended

We were happy to receive the self checkin code & wifi code the night before, so check-in was smooth. The room is a good size but basic. The wifi works very well. The position was fine as we walked into the centre. We parked for free right outside as it was Sunday but it is usually paid parking. The room had a fridge & microwave. Room is quiet for sleeping apart from the air conditioner.

We were keen for the vegetarian restaurant but unfortunately it is closed on the weekend & only open from 12-3 weekdays. The room has steep steps to 2nd floor & no electric jug or crockery. Air conditioner makes a loud clunking noise occasionally which disturbs sleep.

The studio was wonderful, compact yet roomy enough for 2 to be comfortable. Quiet, good light and plenty of pillows and towels. Great location with lots of cafes and restaurants within easy walking and convenient to the hospitals and IPO for appointments.

The steps, especially the second flight, are very, very steep and narrow, aside from this it is a perfect place to stay in this part of the city.

The hosts were very responsive. The neighborhood is quiet. There are 2-3 food stores within 2 min walking. The beds are soft. The sheets are good quality. 2 pillows on each bed. The internet wifi was strong. The AC worked well but made a clicking noise. Pet charge is 5 Euro/night.

The TV was too old and small to plug in our Firestick adapter. 7 out of the 12 pics shown on the listing I selected were FOR ANOTHER ROOM. After booking, you had to look closely to realize those 7 pics were not the room I booked. I chose this room after much consideration and bc it had a kitchenette and table with chairs. However, the room I got did not have a kitchenette and the listing could be more clear. I work on my laptop and there wasnt a space to do this. I brought groceries to prepare meals but no kitchenette, no spoons, plates, cups, etc. I put so much consideration into the room I select and its frustrating to be told once im already there that I dont have the room shown in the pics.

I booked at the very last minute at 9 PM and luckily the owners lived close by and were able to let me in. wonderful service! The room is simple but everything you need. Including a refrigerator! Very quiet at night. good AC! and parking out front!

Friendly staff

Good location to start exploring Coimbra and easy to park in the street. Very friendly owner who also runs a vegetarian restaurant downstairs with delicious meals!

The pillows were a bit too hard/big for us.
