La terrasse avec vue sur la mer, la propreté, la proximité de la plage, l'accueil.

Seul bémol. L'absence d'une table et chaises sur la terrasse. Mais je pense que c'était un oubli de début de saison.

It was lacking some equipments like a microwave to heat up your food The fridge was very small and the freezer did not work super well The view is on the street and not on the beach side

- air conditioning is very basic, we struggled to use the master bedroom and switched to the sofabed. - very poor air circulation, as the wind from the sea is blocked. Tried to leave the front door open but difficult as people are walking to/from the beach affecting privacy. - It would have been good if they had a washing machine in the building considering 3-4 families stay at the property. Giovanni recommended use of public coin operated laundromat 2-3km from property. In covid times -to avoid exposure, we bought a bucket and washed with hand. -Rooms are not spacious. -Considering most people come there to be at the beach, it would have been nice to put some doormats.

The view from the terrace was splendid and the 1minute walk to the super nice beach as well. Also Giovanni was a warm & welcoming host and the apartment was clean and beautiful. We felt very comfortable. Thank you a lot!

It would be nice to have a new sharper knife in the kitchen. Beside that, everything was perfect.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spacious, with lots of facilities that made our life easier. It even had a sun umbrella that we could use for the beach! Good assortment of kitchen facilities. Parking is free right in front of the property, and there was always a space available. Giovanni was also a magnificent host, proactive and very easy to contact. Also, the property is right next to La Ciaccia beach, which was small but very quiet and beautiful.

The mattresses were a bit hard, we would have preferred softer ones. A microwave would have come handy.

Our host was wonderful. A Very pleasant welcome, he was enthusiastic to inform us about the island and local sights. He was available to answer our questions and was very helpful. When we had to go to a hospital, he did not hesitate to take us and accompany us until late at night. His kindness added a great bonus to our holiday! The house is nice and located very conveniently, very close to the sea and supermarket. Large balcony with seaview. The area is beautiful and quiet. We rented bikes in a nearby village.

Our appartement was located next to the road ( with lovely seaview). There was traffic and music from the beachbar until late at night.
