We were accommodated in a cabin with a beautiful view of the jungle. Sitting on the terrace in the evening and listening to the sounds of the jungle was amazing. We had a reservation with breakfast, lunch and dinner could be ordered from the menu. The first day we kayaked down the river, we had a snack stop in the jungle, which was a nice experience. The next day we went on a two-day cruise on Cheow Lan Lake with one night stay provided by the Khaosok Good view staff. They also provided us with a taxi to Kata beach. We can only recommend a stay in Khaosok Good view Resort and the aforementioned trips.

My 3.5 year old son had a blast, which meant us parents had a wonderful time too. The owners honestly couldn't have done more for us. Our room was super clean (no crawlies or mosquitoes), and the aircon cooled the room nicely down at night (it was HOT in April). The small pool was a pleasure to swim in, so relaxing after a busy day of activities. We also all enjoyed the home-cooked food for breakfast and dinner. It's easy to book amazing activities while you are there and Mr. Bao helped us customising tours for our son (we booked a private lake trip as a full day including hiking would have been too much for him). Mr. Bao even drove us to the village whenever we needed which was really helpful. I to be honest was a little worried about bringing a toddler to this remote part of Thailand and I'm so glad we did. In fact, it was the best part of our trip. The whole family was incredibly engaging and friendly with our son, making him feel like royalty. 2 months later he still talks about Mr. Bao :) We would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay. Beautiful rooms with lovely views of mountain. We even spotted an elephant in the field next to us although I dont think this is a common occurrence. Lovely clean pool. Mr Bao and his family lovely and very helpful, he arranged transport and booked our trip to Koh Sok National Park for us. Would highly recommend. Thank you for all your help 🙏

Mr. Bao & Family were such nice hosts! free taxi ride and pick up to the village whenever we wanted to go. You can book trips to the national park at the hotel for normal prices and they Organizer everything. The elephant sanctuary is close by (you can walk) and a visit can also be booked in the hotel. And the fruit shakes in the hotel are the best!

Perfect place - the resort was idyllic. Lovely rooms, great pool and super hosts. We enjoyed every minute. We booked a few excursions via the hotel: an overnight tour to the lake and a night Safari and we went to a cooking workshop closeby. It was so helpful Mr Bao could help us with the excursions. We truly enjoyed all our activities and coming back to the hotel felt like coming home. We hope to come back!

We had a very lovely stay at Khaosok Good View Resort: the staff and owner are very hospitable, the room was big and comfortable (beds are comfortable too!) and clean, the bathroom was perfect, the view from our balcony was gorgeous and the food.... well, all the food was just absolutely superb (I haven't had a tastier Massaman anywhere in Thailand than I had here!)! Unfortunately we only stayed for 2 nights. If and when we're back in the area we'll definitely book here again, and stay longer! The pool is a bonus, as is the location: away from the village so very quiet!

fantastic room with great balcony & view, great bed very comfortable, fridge , hairdryer & kettle in room. listen to the forest come alive at night. the owner taught us some Thai works while we were there, he was very friendly.

The owner was very nice, helpful and good fun! You can easily book a tour for the next day and he will bring and pick you up from the nearby village for free. You can ask anything basically:) The rooms were clean and had a very nice balcony with a view. A good place to rest. The rooms were a bit too whitish for my taste though, it could be a bit more decorated.

The bathroom was a bit simple/outdated. If this will be renovated in the future that would be great.

It was the second time we visited Mr. Bao and his family. It was again a wonderful time. Everything was perfect. Mr. Bao organized everything from the end to the beginning. We nearly felt like a part of the family. Mrs. Bao is a master chef in thai kitchen and they were so friendly to our 4 yr old boy. All in all - see you next year Mr. Bao - it was a blast!

It was amazing stay! Hotel is near the Khaosok village, in jungle, very quiet place, amazing views from your terrace, a lot of nice sounds of birds! Hosts are very kind, pleasent, meal was delicious too. Only the best review!!!

Great location close to Khao Sok National Park (5 min drive). The resort is surrounded by jungle. The owners are very friendly and lovely people. The food that they cook is amazing. And the best part is the view: this was undoubtedly one of the best views I had during all my trips in South East Asia and South America. If you plan to visit Khao Sok, go here!

The balcony with great view, the jungle-garden, clean room, breakfast to order, close to very nice village Khlong Sok with good restaurants, lovely pool.

We went to see the nearby Rock and Treehouse resort and were so happy we were NOT there but here. Maybe it is possible to place a bird-feeding-tray in the garden so it is easier to see them :)

My 12 yo son and I booked this resort for a 4 day stay in Khao Sok park. We had the most lovely welcome upon arrival. We even received a super nice gift. Breakfast as per our liking, but always with fresh seasonal fruits. The restaurant offers all kinds of food (Thai, other Asian and Western style), but always well prepared, delicious and hygienic! The pool is a delight, well kept and in a beautiful jungle setting. The views from the rooms are breath taking, especially the rooms at the end of the walkway. The owner helped us by booking tickets to Koh Tao when we did not succeed ourselves. He did without extra charge. We could book excursions to the Khao Sok park via the owner and he booked us this fantastic tour guide with a very sharp eye, pointing out the humongous spiders and the snakes... yay... but then again, that's what we came for.... :o).

very good location, in the jungle. beautiful thai food, cool drinks. when sitting outside the rooms veranda, it’s like watching BBC wildlife in 4K😀. best part was the Mr.Bao, who helped us with transport in may ways. great experience
