Wir waren im Juli 2024 in dieser Anlage bei Traumwetter, Traumstrand und kaum anderen Gästen.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Posizione, gli appartamenti molto ampi e ben arredati. Pulizia accurata. Begli spazi esterni

Servizi inesistenti. Avevo chiesto di aiutarmi a prenotare auto o escursioni. Mi sono stati mandati link a siti internet e mi è stato praticamente detto di sbrigarmela da sola. Supporto del Concierge praticamente inesistente e certamente non da cinque stelle. Ho chiesto di ritardare check out di due ore soltanto e mi è stato chiesto di pagare cento dollari per ora. Nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo troppo alto e si giustifica solo perché l’isola purtroppo non offre molte alternative. Quando tornerò a Exuma cercherò di evitare il Grand Isle.

I did not like that the fees that I was giving on Booking, when I got at the Resort it was like $1900 more. Normally what was quoted on Booking be the price with additional tax fees. But thus time was really hi from $3700 to $4900

Personale alla reception poco disponibile e appartamento non troppo pulito.

The rooms were lovely, spacious and incredibly clean. The staff cleaning the room even put our groceries in the fridge for us which was much appreciated. They were equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, tumble dryer etc. The adult pool was also very nice, had a European feel to it in terms of decor and looked out onto the beach which was very picturesque.

It was incredibly expensive and the hotel wasn't of the standard we were expecting for the costs. It felt almost like an all-inclusive resort you might find somewhere like Florida, instead of the stylish and chic resort we were expecting. I would recommend looking into this before booking, as I have been to other islands in the Caribbean that have had a lot nicer resorts. For the price of three nights you could spend nearly 10 days in Europe. The drinks and food were also very expensive. The staff were responsive in advance of myself paying the bill in full upon arrival however trying to get an invoice and confirmation the deposit of £400 (which was simply taken from my account without any prior warning) being refunded took several days and I didn't get the deposit back for nearly 2 weeks after getting back to the UK.

Incredible beach. Lovely spacious rooms and very well kitted out. The staff everywhere were , so kind and friendly and smiley. Nothing was too much effort. It’s paradise and we literally had the trip of a lifetime.
