Very close to the action.
Jacuzzi cleanliness it was dirty when we arrived got cleaned the day before we left. To be fair I did not inform the hotel staff.

Riva suites surpassed our expectations. We had a fabulous suite (room 10) and loved the attention to detail and quality of everything from towels to the coffee maker. The hot tub and roomy balcony with sun beds and an egg chair were a great addition. The location, overlooking the old port, where super yachts now doc was also really good. Loved watching them come and go. It was quiet at night yet only a 5 minute walk into town.
It’s hard to think of anything we didn’t like.

Good position. Dimitry on the front desk was always very helpful. Beautifully presented accommodation. Cleaning daily by lovely staff.

Everything and the people, really nice manager always making sure everything was perfect and we had a nice stay (Spyros?, shame I can’t recall name for sure..)
It’s really focused in couples, like the open shower was in the room, so there was barely any privacy then.

The hotel location was perfect! ten minutes walk from town! in addition, the view is just spectacular. Also, a special thanks for Dimitris for all his kind assistance and lovely good bye gift. I highly recommend this hotel, its very clean, spacious, has private parking, and the staff are just wonderful! Thank you for a memorable stay!

Demetrius was wonderful host! He was very helpful with giving us directions and getting us back to the ferry. We only had one night but it was a wonderful stay.

The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the location in the old town of mykonos is amazing. the rooms are larger and better value than similar properties.
The property doesn’t have a pool but the personal jacuzzis in most apartments are a nice way to end the day.

The villa was beautiful, such good value for money and the team were fantastic.

The room was very clean and beautiful! We liked the shower a lot. Also enjoyed the swing chair outside. The staff was very accommodating. The location was walking distance from town and across the street from the old port.
The location was good if you don't want to be near the nicer beaches. I would prefer being closer to those beaches so that was the only down fall for me. The beaches that were close by were not very nice.

The location was excellent, the view incredible. There was shopping and restaurants so close. Mykonos is a magical place. It was so nice to be able to just walk into town, to shopping, restaurants, and there was even a rental car agency next door!!
We liked everything, but it would have been nice to have a small microwave in the suite would have been nice.
