The chalet is large enough. The sauna

The chalet was suppose to be close to the slope or the ski lift, it was clearly stated that it's at 200 m from the ski lift which is absolutely not true. We have to take the car to access the ski lift

Communication poor over Covid options and did not answer questions except by standardised answers which was unhelpful. Instructions needed to property which is very difficult to find, Bedding and linen which is tired is 59 euros pp! Read the small print. Check in and check out is a very small window and extra charges 150 euros apply if you arrive or leave outside these check in times. Be warned. Car parking only permitted outside premises as the front gate was locked when we should have been able to park in the drive. Close to lift but down a steep snow covered track. Host did not speak any English which was unhelpful. Ant infestation in kitchen not addressed. No kindling left for fire and supermarket 30 mins away. Light not working in master bedroom not fixed. Wardrobe door fixing broken not fixed. Wardrobe doors do not close properly not fixed. Curtains old and do not fit need replacing. Doors warped and generally do not fit. Deposit of 1000 euros taken and eventually refunded after 14 days!

This is the second year of staying at the Greystone and we find everything about the chalet as absolutely sensationnal. Friendly staff. Im in love with the fireplace. So Nice. The Rooms are well appointed. The property is ideally located. Nearby shops and restaurAnts are very convenient.

I stayed with my family and my stay was nothing short of wonderful. Extremly courteous, customer oriented. The chalet location couldn’t be any better. I would highly recommend this chalet as you get your value for money. As for myself, i know where i will be staying for my next Alps trip!

The Greystone is superb in every way. Highly recommanded, without hesitation. The high standard was Shown to us by an exceptionnal welcome by the housekeeper. Sumptuous rooms with plush fabrics, furnishings and amenities. The lady that checked us in was great, really attentive and friendly without making it seemed forced. The location is very central with stunnings views.
