Die ziemlich zentrale Lage und Metro in der Nähe . Nette Belegschaft.
Frühstücksbüffet - immer das Gleiche. Sehr knappe Auswahl, als Gemüse nur Cocktail Tomaten sonst keine andere.
Frühstücksraum- klein, sehr klein. Nicht immer kriegt man Platz sofort. Man kann draußen sitzen, ist aber in der Früh manchmal kalt.
Parkplätze sind nicht umsonst. Wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, findet man immer ein Parkplatz an der Straße, kostet aber knapp 1.50 pro Stunde. Max 4 Stunden sind erlaubt.

Had a great stay at O Jardim da Tessa. The kind staff left us breakfast bag the night before we left so that we could still have the breakfast included even though we had a very early flight the next morning. Was very nice.

Great location, possible to walk to Alfama and there is also the metro at 1min of walk.
Supermarkets near-by (less than 5 min of walk).
The room was very spacious and has all the requirements for a nice stay!
I highly recommend.
I don't have negative points, I had a good stay and I recommend it :)

Too confining…Amenities such as a closet, things Americans are spoiled with, were lacking…basically lived out of the suitcase

Very clean, close to the city center, kind and helpful staff.
It was a bit cold in the room wheb we arrived during winter.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is an older building, but well maintained and feels like a bit of old Europe.
Breakfast was very good and nice that it was included.
Also a very good location, near lots of restaurants. There was a metro stop a few doors down which made it easy to get around the city from there.
The towels were very thin, could use some replacements. Pretty minor though.

Excellent location, beautiful rooms, excellent hospitality and great availability of the manager.
When the b&b is fully booked, there may be no hot water in the room.

Beautiful room with very big basthroom.
Breakfast was basic, no black tea, only coffee Americano, no rubbish bin in room.

The location was great, next to themetro station. It was very clean and the breakfast was good too.
During winter the room can be a little cold. Main heating is not available, however there is a heating device and heavy quilts.

Staff was kind, nice and welcoming for our unexpected requests! They let us check in early which was a life saver in the moment.
The room was good size and clean. Comfortable beds and pillows.
I'd definitely recommend this place.
I think a little lounge area would be nice for people to relax and wait. Currently, there is the garden and dining room but you can't necessarily be on top the chairs all the time. Some people might want to work too, it would be nice to have the option.

Well located place within steps of the subway and a 15-20 minute walk from the Baixa. The small garden is cute and the staff are friendly and receptive (they bagged us a breakfast when we told them we had to leave early).
An older building with all that it entails regarding amenities and soundproofing. I would recommend it for solo travelers or couples only. The lack of air conditioning was a killer in the August heat! While a fan was provided, the street noise made it impossible to keep the windows open at night to cool the room down. The Internet service did not reach the 3rd floor. We had to rely on our cellphone data plan to get by.

Position was very close to the metro. The girls at the hotel were very welcoming and the late checkout is great. They also allowed us to keep the luggages till later.
The wifi could not reach the room (room n. 10) because it was at the far end of the floor. It is quite loud outside so to sleep we had to close all the windows, but the fan did not work properly and was a bit weak.

Breakfast was ok, it would have been better with more choice of fresh bread not just toasted one. It was nice that they offered breakfast bag to go in case if you leave earlier that the breakfast is served. Room very clean with nice balcony overlooking the garden. Great location just a walking distance to the old town.

The room and breakfast were both satisfying. Kind staff as well.
The room was big and comfortable, but it lacked a little fridge and air conditioning. If it had them, it would be perfect and the score would be higher :)

The breakfast was good and provided a nice start to the day. The room was large and comfortable, a little noisy at night but did not stop us having a good sleep. The staff are truly wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for them. It is an old building with some lovely features as well as a garden breakfast room
Apart from a little noise at night from emergency vehicles the rest of the stay fully met our expectations

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was very nice to have breakfast every morning in the garden.
Second floor without elevator.
The room was especially small and very poorly cleaned.
During our stay, the cleaners only came by to make the bed, but did not take out the garbage or clean the room. In addition, the area around the shower needs more attention in terms of cleaning.
Also, the shower drain was clogged and the shower overflowed. We reported this the first day, but it was not fixed.

The room was lovely, even if the view was on the street windows isolate perfectly traffic noises! The bed was super comfortable.
Breakfast was tasty, they serve both sweet and savory breakfast.
We had a little issue with the main door key and they solved it straight away.
We loved the kindness of everyone working in the hotel!
