Good central location within the old town

The location was great because it was central to the places that I wanted to visit. It was quiet and there is a supermarket close by.
No dislikes about the accommodation. As a senior solo traveller it met my requirements.

The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. we asked for a fan and she was able to provide one. The bed was comfortable and the room had adequate space.
The bathroom was a big disappointment. The water would get hot for a minute then turn completely cold. The faucet holders on the wall did not work well and the drainage was horrible.

Hosts, people, employees, all extremely nice. They even managed to upgrade my room for free because (I suppose) I am walking with walking stick.
The higher prices of accommodation because of the concerts of Coldplay. But everyone else did the same, so I cannot really complain. I am just saying.

Showering can be unpleasant, specially in winter time, water goes from very hot to cold.

People are nice and friendly and very helpful.
They helped me to get around and made my stay easy and fun.
They kept my room clean and were welcoming to help even though they didnt need to.
Kitchen and bathroom are clean.

The kitchen has all the appliances.
Communications was easy, but personnel only knows Portuguese.
Rooms are bit small but it was great for the price and service. I am satisfied with my stay

The staff was super approachable and despite the lack of English we managed to communicate. The establishment is clean and offers the very basic amenities.
The kitchen didn't have enough equipment given the number of people staying there. The quiet hours were not respected.

The stuff is super nice and helpful. Hotel is located in the downtown of Coimbra, close to the city, bus and train stations. Supermarket in front of the hotel.
Rooms and common areas are clean.
The standard of the rooms varies. Some of them are renovated and some of them are older. Our room was super small and old, but clean.

Great spot for easy access to everything we wanted. Friendly and smooth check in and out. Good space in the room. The room was very clean and the building is quiet.
The bed was okay, a little hard. Slept well enough.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a shared kitchen to cook in and as well as a shared dining room. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Location is good, near city center.

No fan in the room at 38 degrees. Never reached someone by the provided phone numbers. No one at reception.

The bed was comfy, room with nice decorations!
Perfect location and you can find everything that you need: shops ,
Coffee shop ,supermarket, pharmacy…
I didn’t like that fact kitchen was very closed to my room.
I woke up around 7 am with some guests doing noise and chatting very loud.
