Nothing, Complete scam.

Absolute disaster of a stay. The room was so tiny I could barely turn around without hitting the walls—I’ve seen bigger closets. The manager was rude, unhelpful, and acted like we were inconveniencing him by just existing. Definitely not a 4-star experience. The only stars I saw were the ones in my eyes from hitting my head on the low ceiling. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car—it’s probably more spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is lovely, beautiful spacious lobby, restaurant & bar and has a laundry onsite. The rooms are small but I think that's normal for Japan, but bed is comfy. Hotel is right in the heart of Shinjuku, out the doors you have everything, if that's what you're looking for, we found the area a bit overwhelming.

Rooms are small, only enough room to put one suitcase.

Location is perfect- close to everything and your hotel is easy to find ad you can see it from everywhere.

Rooms are on the smaller side, but that is normal for Tokyo and location. Also pillows are hard, but got used to them in the end.

Location: proximity to everything such as trains and metro, shops and nightlife. Modern room and nice washroom and bath facilities in the room.

The hotel has too many rooms and so the hotel lobby is always full of people checking in and out. It adopts a sky lobby arrangement and some people will find the transfer involved when returning back to hotel room cumbersome.

Loved the location, right in the heart of Shinjuku Cleanliness Restaurant and quality of food and service Staff were helpful

camere veramente anguste, non c’è un armadio o un piccolo spazio dove poter svuotare/riporre le valigie. Quartiere molto “vivace”, poco tranquillo, va bene per chi cerca divertimento, food, luci, confusione, divertimento fino a tarda ora. Meno interessante se si cerca un luogo tranquillo, ma lo sapevamo..

The location. Too many young people loitering around the building.

Wonderful location for visiting Shinjuku. Has a signature Godzilla theme. Room is clean and facilities are up-to-date. Nice breakfast buffet. A cinema theatre is right beneath it.

staff carelessly give the wrong parcel to me

This hotel is a must for Godzilla fans. It was so worth it for my kids. We stayed on 30th floor the Godzilla floor. There were lots of movie posters / pictures along the walls of the corridor and the lift doors were decorated too. In the room was a gift of a Godzilla photo frame / digital alarm clock for each of us. The room was not huge but very well appointed and comfortable.

The price is quite high but that is to be expected with the location. Our room was not ready when we tried to check in at the check in time of 3pm. We were asked to wait, only 10 or 15 mins in the lobby but none the less this is unexpected for such a smart hotel. The Godzilla outside deck is currently closed which was a disappointment. We were advised this is due to construction, of which there was no evidence whatsoever.

Location is great. Well designed small rooms. Plenty of reception staff, did t have to wait long for lifts.

Rooms had beds against wall which I don’t like when you have to use the bathroom in the night

Great location and facilities.

Uncomfortable bed - too hard. Pillows not soft enough either. Other than that , we thought it was great.

洗衣房全自動洗衣乾衣機太少. 不應需求. 像這麼大的酒店,應有更大自助洗衣房.

-Location in Shinjuko is excellent! -close to metro and train station - very clean rooms - comfortable bed - great shower pressure - professional and helpful staff - nice amenities

- standard room was extremely small for a couple- there was limited room to place our suitcases or to open them unless you had it on the bed - rec to get a bigger room if there are 2 people

- L'emplacement exceptionnel, au coeur de Kabukicho. - L'omniprésence de Godzilla, mon héros favori. - La hauteur de l'hôtel, qui donne une vue remarquable Le petit déjeuner, gigantesque et multi-culturel (mais à 15€)

- Le check-in TREEEEES lent. Compter une demi-heure. - la garde des bagages, payante.

Location was so convenient, 7 eleven attached, surrounded by great food and bars, shopping and cinema. Shinjuku station close by. It's very busy at night. Reception people are very helpful. Luggage service was super efficient at sending our extra luggage to next hotel.

Laundry - update washing machines and dryers to use by swiping room cards. So you can notify those with laundry to pick out their laundry from machines so next person can use. They just leave their clothes in machines for hours and blocks next person from using.

The view from the room was great. The receptionist was so kindly.

There is no curtain in the room ( only lace curtains were there ). And the hotel is in heart of Shinjuku Kabukicho so that it was noisy and brightly at night a little bit.

Convenience.

The room is not too big as the bathroom is bigger compared. The washers are too much hairy or wool as after washing. No cleaning was done by the hotel. No shower cap and body lotion are provided.

You can no longer walk out and see the Godzilla statue Concierge doesn't open until 10 am

大堂挺大

地理位置特别不好，就在歌舞伎町里。到了晚上，酒店楼下街道马路上到处都是拉客的男男女女。地上都是垃圾酒瓶烟头。房间也特别小。打开箱子很费劲。不会再选择这家酒店了。
