Stunning room (21a), Hotel right on the beach, superb food in restaurant. Staff fantastic. A gem.

the owners could not to do more for us since we arrived at the property! they are so nice and friendly that we did not want to leave:) it’s very cleaned and serviced throughout the stay all service is very discrete giving guests room to enjoy the location is splendid and u can eat on the beach if you like! they serve various things for breakfast every day including home made goodies

We liked everything, third time in this beautiful hotel and will definitely go there again. Breakfast in the beach bar, listening to the ocean, is so relaxing. Breakfast is good, the owners and staff is so friendly. It really feels like home in this hotel! Location is perfect, very clean, beutiful room, I highly recommend!! Lovely hotel, many thanks!

Wonderful family running the hotel, very friendly and helpful, Rooms very clean, large and comfy with big bathroom. And excellent breakfast!!! Beach is ok if you plan stay there 2-3 days

East side rooms have no much space outside and there is view to the fence of neighbouring property. Platanias is a crap in general, so that’s the pity for the hotel ;)

The location at the beach and close to restaurants etc. is very good. Friendly and helpful staff and kind service. Delicious breakfast. I enjoyed my stay and would go again.

Amazing place and great owner. Our 1 bedroom apartment was super nice with very pretty decoration and a nice floral smell. We also had a car space just in front of the apartment. Breakfast was also very nice. Would recommend this place without hesitation and would go back in the future.

Additional bed collapsed under weight of my 6years grand daughter, and it was eventually replaced. Someone scratch my car just in front of our apartment and I had to pay 400 euro extra. There was no enough effort from hotel to find who made it. Additional payment for place on the beach.

Everything was awsome. The family feeling and the hospitality. We feelt so welcome. The apartment was super and so luxurious. The service in the restaurant was fantastic from morning to evening. We miss you already and will be back as soon as possible.

Rooms were a really good size and had plenty of nice complimentary features. We had a jacuzzi bath in our room. The location was ace near some excellent restaurants but the key feature was the family run bar/restaurant which was 10 metres from the beach

Beach was a little bit stoney but we think this was caused by the rough seas when we arrived

Everything was more than perfect, The location is excellent, on the seaside and you can drink your coffee and eat on terrace, and also is 15 minutes with the car till Chania, supermarkets 3 minutes, Staff were very helpful & friendly. Room was immaculately clean, that was greatly appreciated and also everything around. Wifi work also on the beach, nice pool area and the food was delicious. We had a lovely holiday and definitely we’ll comeback

What a lovely Greek family run hotel. Perfect location right on the beach with a lovely seating area under the trees to take a delicious lunch where we are most days. Rooms were spacious with a kitchen area and we had fresh towels every day. Family run hotel and nothing was too much trouble to make the stay really relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely return

I liked that this is a family run business and they are super friendly and service oriented. They happily supported us with all our needs and inquiries. The hotel is super beautiful, comfortable, clean and good located. It was amazing to have breakfast right on the beach. I also liked that the hotel is close to shops and restaurants, but since it is outside Chania, the location is very calm and good if you are searching for a place to relax. No music or lots of people on the beach. The hotel also offers good parking opportunities and rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. For food at the hotel restaurant is also very good. There were also some snacks, water and liquor free or costs in the room. If I go back to Chania, certainly I would stay there again.

There is no separation of normal and recycling trash in the apartments. I also did not like the parfum in the towels and bed sheets (probably caused by the use of some kind of softner). It was not terrible smell, but I would prefer something without parfum.

The location was perfect right next to the beach, restaurants and shops. Still being very quiet. The food at the hotel restaurant was super good and all the staff very nice. The room was cleaned every day and the hotel was very clean and nice. My boys enjoyed the pool every day. I can only recommend this hotel, it was perfect for our stay!

Everything!! the room, the stuff, the wonderful breakfast by the sea, the location and the calm atmosphere.

Location is perfect right on the beach, really friendly staff, the room we stayed in was a great size with a large bathroom and comfy beds. The pool is also great. When you walk out of the hotel you are a few metres from the Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants and bars.

The private sunloungers on the beach in front of the hotel. Close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast was very good and the food in general was good, highly recommend the mushroom soup. The staff were very friendly. The shower in our apartment was really good!

We had a ground floor apartment and although very lovely we would have maybe liked an apartment with a balcony but this is being very picky

The breakfasts were delicious, we dined by the sea with a beautiful view. Lots of home-made goods, such as marmelades, cakes
