For this price it was ok, it had everything you need, but some things could have been better. As for the location, is half an hour by car from Zadar, so maybe we would have chosen another location but we didn't check it so this was totally our fault.

Maybe it was better if we had more objects in the kitchen. The quality of the cooking objects wasn't so good, the shower was very very bad, it didn't have any power.

Luca is very friendly, as welcome she prepared homemade lemon juice for us, which was very tasty! We found everything we need for one night stay (from Nin Beach back). The apartment is cosy, comfortable and very clean, the air conditioning works fine. We 2 adults and small 2 kids slept in the same room with 2 big double beds, it is very easy to take care of kids in the night. Thank you, Luca !

Good apartment, unfortunately it has years old equipment, but on the contrary excellent price/utility ratio :)

Great communication in person and via WhatsApp. Host met us upon our arrival, showed us the apartments and left us a souvenir - a delicious, home-made lemonade from lemons growing in the garden! Apartment was very spacious and clean, kitchen had all the required utensils, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc; air-con was working perfectly, same as Wi-Fi. And there's a playground several tens of meters away so kids had something to do! Apartment is located in Podvršje near Ražanac - a quiet location with great views over nearby sea that offered an undisturbed by the noise of a city nightlife sleep. A very good night sleep break when we were travelling to Montenegro. Big supermarkets can be found in nearby city of Nin and all local routes are full of small stands at the side of the road where one can but local produce: peppers, watermelons, grapes, peaches, virgin olive oil, etc.

Literally I cannot think of anything. Our stay was a one night long so we did not really encountered any issues. We have also stayed here for one night when we were driving back to France. Perhaps a family who would like to stay a bit longer than one night may find constant trips to the beach (Plemici Beach or several others in Nin) or supermarkets in Nin a bit of a nuisance but this can be compensated by the quietness and good night sleeps. It just depends on the individual taste.

Our second stay on our way back to France. Identically as on the first stay everything was perfect and we cannot find a one bad thing worth complaining.

The air is exceptionally healthy because of pine trees! Fruits and vegetables from the garden given us by the host as a greeting ! Close to the sandy beach ! Very family friendly!

The place is peaceful, a number of different beaches can be reached within 5-10min driving, the owner was extremely nice and helpful, despite not knowing our language or any more than basic English

There was no air conditioning nor mosquito nets, meaning that you had to die either for the heat or for mosquitoes. Also, the kitchen was large, but there were very few tools.
