Nothing..but it would be better if accomadation had more utensils

Great motel, Shame about all the people living in the Motel if i had known this i wouldn't have stayed, was a little rough around the edges and terrible bathroom. The staff was an amazing, Nice deep pool. Good parking,

It was big and roomy. And clean. They communicated well letting us know we could ask for another fan if we needed it. It had a pool.

Very old. Pool water looked dirty and the area was old and run down. The room was very hot. Some lights were not working.

We liked that it was close to town and as a last minute trip was cheap.

Our room smelt funky and one of the rooms had mould all around the windows. The staff were nice and said he would go clean it. It was very loud as the main road is right there and had a random lady knock on our door at 8 and saw my partner approach the door and run away.

We were a family of 3 Not enough cups, glasses for 3 only 2, chairs for table only 2 , no milk to see you over for 1 cup if tea or coffee in fridge

the location was good, handy to shops, eateries and local parks

very dirty, when we walked into the room there was an initial smoke smell despite it being a smoke free room stains on duvet/bed toppers, dust on surfaces and tiles in bathroom need a deep clean along with the hot tub. despite reading a question asked by another traveler on the app to which the property said no emergency housing tenants were there it was obvious upon arrival that there were long term tenants staying there. says free wifi yet there is a charge once a certain limit is met and also no mention on here about additional charges for hot tubs in rooms, however charges do apply if you wish to soak in a dirty hot tub which is ashame because if kept clean would be a lovely addition to any room. some of the windows were screwed shut which was concerning and also something I've never seen before

Nothing There was a young child what looked like to be caring for a toddler pushing her around the carpark for a long time

As above The rooms were dirty with built up mold on the window stall and windows it was not like what was advertised at all the bathroom wash filthy the rooms stunk the pools were absolutely dirty and looked like they needed a good clean Very very upset when we got there received a refund and had to find somewhere else to stay

The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We stayed one night on our way from wellington to cape reinga and wanted to stay there again as we returned back home. This place is a very humble place and considering the location, the value is affordable. Close to the mall and everything you would need in a flash. I recommend this place if your are passing through rotorua

Location was great

Room was very dirty. The pillows looked like not changed from previous stay. The shower and shower curtains were very dirty.

Our stay felt like home away from home minus all distractions. Loved the comfortable room, privacy and everything we needed in our room. We had a large room, own kitchen, ensuite, comfortable double bed, close to everything. Would definitely recommend this motel to anyone that will listen.

It was comfortable good neighbors very welcoming, my children loved the spa and the pool, the apartment was very homely.

The size of the TV was very small. There were no oven dishes we could use and didn't know i had to take toilet paper 😂 but other than that I can't complain it was great.

comfortable room and facilities, the whole complex is tired and could do with an uplift, especially from the outside, however the room itself was comfortable and adequate.

too much light in the unit at night, no folder with information. not sure if the spa pool worked or not.
