Our stay in the Riad was absolutely fantastic! we’re so impressed about the structure and the service! The spa was excellent, also the dinner and our bedroom! Mustapha, who support us in our stay was so helpful and friendly! We’ll definitely go back!!!

This Riad is absolutely perfect with every corner decorated with beautiful art. The staff were very friendly and met us in our taxi to help us find the place and carry bags. The breakfast was delicious and beautiful to eat on the roof overlooking the city. Our room was spacious, clean and BEAUTIFUL! THANK YOU!

The staff were absolutely amazing so friendly & happy . Breakfast was fantastic . The location of the hotel was great & we loved sitting out on all the different terraces!

The room was a bit dark & cold. We didn't like the cats sitting on the chairs on the terrace as they peed on them all

what makes this place great are the beautiful & cleanly rooms, the extremely friendly staff who also help with travel recommendations, the spa access was great but book early as it's always quite busy.

Maybe I should have done more research in to room facilities but they don't have kettles, irons, tea/coffee in the room. you need to go down to the reception/kitchen each time you need something and for us with young children it was a bit of a challenge. That said each time we needed something the staff were very helpful and lovely. the heated pool is also only for adults so for families its a bit hard to use.

The courtyard of the hotel is stunning - the photos doesn't do it justice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with easy walking to the main tourist attractions.

Staff were very helpful, the room was clean and cosy, the roof terrace was quiet, calm and very enjoyable to relax on in the sun We booked a private excursion through the Riad to Imlil and both our driver and walking guide were super friendly and interesting and answered all our questions. A traditional lunch was included, would really recommend!

There was mold on the walls next to our bed. Room was very cold at night and AC was not sufficient enough.

The Riad was beautiful and the staff were particularly accommodating. Mehdi was excellent as was the night-shift worker (Mohammed- I think was him name) They were kind and warm and were ready to serve breakfast earlier than usual when we had to leave early for excursions. Location was excellent. Away from the noise, but also easy access to the main areas in a short 5-7 minute walk.

The suite we booked had a broken bathroom door. We kept on getting locked in. The spiral staircase was unsafe for an elderly person to go up and down on and an extra step or stool should have been supplied, as the last step to the ground was very steep. Breakfast was very basic for a 4 star hotel. It was just pancakes and jam every morning which wasn't very enjoyable to eat daily. Some variety would have been nice, maybe a sausage or boiled eggs as an addition would have been really nice.

The moment you turn from busy Medina road to the ally that leads to Riad you can smell the freshness coming from the spa. The interior and the room were superb and just as mentioned on the website. The staff is very humble, super friendly and very caring. You definitely feel like homely while staying in the Riad. Each corner, each room and everything is done in very artistic manner and attention to the details. We were treated to basic spa as part of our wedding anniversary ❤️ . Very thoughtful gesture.

Everything was great!

The Riad is very pretty and our room was very comfortable. The staff there are very friendly and helpful, gives us a lot of useful tips about tourist sites and prices. The Spa is really nice too, it has calm ambience.

Beautiful riad in a secluded location inside the city walls with easy access to all of the major attractions within the city. We loved the staff who made us very welcome and for helping us quickly settle. We had a very simple Moroccan breakfast at the rooftop which was more than enough to set off our days. The spa next door is lovely with a very warm pool - the other pool in the main building is cold, perfect for jumping in after a hot day walking round.

Overall good experience, the breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable.

Some furniture has some dust, the pool was also a bit dirty. We arrived from a 9 hour bus trip and they made us write a piece of paper with information that could be done in the next morning.
