Der Herr an der Rezeption war super freundlich… das war schon mal ein herzlicher Empfang. Dann bekam ich sogar ein Zimmer-Upgrade. Somit hatte ich ein Zimmer in der obersten Etage, mit tollem Blick, großem Bett, kostenloser Minibar und alles super sauber. Ich bin mehr als positiv überrascht und das Hotel hat natürlich eine perfekte Lage direkt an der Messe.
Für mich gibt es nichts, was besser hätte laufen können.

Kostenlose Minibar, Wasser im Zimmer, schöner Ausblick, bequeme Betten, alles sauber, Frühstück sehr vielfältig, sogar glutenfrei, laktosefreie Milch und vegane Milchalternativen. Einfach nur super!

The location is superb with easy access to the convention centre, city and public transport! The bed was a little too solid for my liking but it was perfect otherwise with great AC that kept the room nice and cool during the summer heat! The staff were very kind and the breakfast was good!
The bed was too solid and wasn't very comfortable for me, I did struggle to fall asleep some nights because of this.

The room was modern and very clean

The breakfast was international and good. The location also was perfect to allow us to visit the city and the conference location without public transportation.
The room at our arrival was ready, but the soap was missing. Luckily the personnel solved this issue right away.

Despite the lack of personal, the man who made the check-in instead of leaving he stayed longer to check us in.

Have a question for the hotel. I had a delayed luggage which did not arrive in time during my hotel stay. II had a message from the airport that the bag was delivered on 7 July, but did not say where. Was it by any chance delivered after I left o 7 July ?
