This location was perfect for my visit to Assisi. It was an easy walk from the last bus stop (for the city bus from the train station) and close to everything in the town. The apartment was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this space!

it would really help ahead of time to know exactly where the property is. I went out of the way to the address listed on the description and that was not it. i eventually got a message about where to go and how to enter. communication was through Booking.com but it would have been more helpful to communicate directly between the owner and the guest. it seems the policy with some booking agents that you don’t let people know details until the last minute. keep in mind that in a foreign country the guest is not likely to have local phone service so using email is best as Wi-Fi is usually available during travel

The location is great.

The pillows are not comfortable at all. The floor was really cold so it would be good to provide slippers or something.

The property was extremely I humid and there was a very strong smell of mold. it was so strong that woke me up in the middle of the night

We were self catering and facilities were very good. The apartment was very clean and modern within a very ancient setting. The back wall is part of the old Roman remains. The apartment felt special and very peaceful. 100 metres from the lovely main square of Assisi and the temple of Minerva. Excellent value for money and a chance to stay in a special place.
