Beautiful location and short water taxi journey to Dubrovnik.

Swimming pools a bit too chilly for our liking.

Spotlessly clean. Easy to navigate with limited mobility. Great amenities. Nice access to both pool and beach.

Would be nice if the half board included a voucher to use at one of the restaurants instead of the buffet every night.

About 13km away from old town and close to a mall. Clean and well-equipment as you wish. My daughter loves the swimming pool, though its a little cold in September morning. Remember to visit the swing on the beach!

- unsatisfactory waiter service at the pool area; - gym could be extended with a few more machines (bench press and lat machine, and also dumbbells); - the in-room coffee was not a Nespresso, but a substitute and it was not reloaded daily; - we were charged for the in-room water;

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were LOVELY, the facilities a real treat and the private beach was just the icing on the cake. They also put some cake in the room for my birthday which I never had expected.

Hizmeti muhteşem, odalar ve temizlik çok çok iyiydi. Konumu ve bulunduğu bölge çok çok güzel. Denizi ve plajı çok güzeldi, ailecek çok memnun kaldı.

Kahvaltı çeşidi biraz zayıftı. Deniz tatili yapacaklar için hava durumunun çok değişken olması biraz problem yaratıyor. Denizin içindeyken yağmur yağıyor, fırtına çıkıyor ve bir süre sonra güneş açmış oluyor.

Comfortable and clean environment; Very friendly and attentive staff. Location is good and there are nearby facilities depending on what was required.

Restaurant opening times were restricted - particularly for dinner (evening meal). Variety of food was a bit sparser than other 5 star facilities we have been to. One could not french fries on its own for example. Pillows were uncomfortable

It was amazing! We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was excellent, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners. Our room was cleaned daily, and there were great amenities like a children's room and a sports program for adults. The gym was well-equipped, and we loved the spa, saunas, and both indoor and outdoor pools for adults and children. Each day, complimentary water and coffee were provided in our room. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway. For those seeking more excitement, Dubrovnik is easily accessible by water.

Pequeno almoço muito bom, piscinas, acesso direto à praia, promenade junto ao mar, localização do hotel numa baía calma, com pouco trânsito e com um enquadramento fabuloso. Proximidade com outros países interessantes a visitar. Visitas: Dubrovnik (Croácia) - Fantástico; Slano (Croácia) - Pitoresco, muito simpático e agradável; Kotor (Montenegro) - Fantástico.

Bebidas não incluídas na meia pensão e com preços completamente descontextualizados com a realidade, embora enquadrados com os preços dos restaurantes e bares locais. (Água aprox. €4, cerveja ~€5/6) Visitas: Cascatas de Kravice (Bósnia e Herzegovina) - Desilusão: Paisagem espetacular, mas muita confusão e sujidade.

DIDNT LIKE THE POOL LIGHTS ON SO LATE AT NIGHT WHEN TRYING TO SLEEP. HAD TO USE THE BLACKOUT DRAPES BUT WANTED TO SEE THE NATURAL LIGHT FROM THE STARS.

Super bequemes Bett, schönes großes Zimmer, klasse Indoorpool in dem man richtig schwimmen kann. Sehr schöner Aussenpool, bequeme Liegen. Schönes Spa mit Saunen, Dampfbad und Fitnessstudio. Tolle Lage, 3 Min zum Bootstaxi nach Dubrovnik. 5 Min zu Fuß in ein Einkaufszentrum (mit DM, H&M, Supermarkt etc.) und zu Lokalen etc.

Ablauf/Service beim Frühstück könnte etwas organisierter sein (Personal darf schneller sehen, wo man den Tisch säubern und neu eindecken muss).

It's a hotel where every single one of the hotel staff is incredibly helpful, problem-solving, friendly and runs smoothly. The view of the hotel is so peaceful that I took a video of it for myself so that I could watch the video and teleport there. We will definitely stay again. The spa, indoor pool, everything is quite sufficient and entertaining for a family with children. They made special eggless bread so my daughter could have it for breakfast due to her allergies. I hope this can explain the customer satisfaction level :)

Das Hotel liegt an einer abgelegenen Bucht mit einem kleinem Hafen ohne viel Schiffsbetrieb. Es ist ruhig, es verkehren nur kleinere Fähren oder Fischerboote. Direkt an der Bucht gibt es drei Cafès bzw. Bars, wo man nah am Wasser sitzen kann. Zum Hotel: Wir hatten ein DZ mit Blick auf den Poolbereich, die Berge und das Meer. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber, sehr modern eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Den Balkon haben wir gern genutzt, weil der Blick auf Berge und Meer immer wieder großartig war. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet, alles sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war englisch- und teilweise auch deutschsprachig. Trotz teilweise guter Belegung machte alles einen relativ entspannten Eindruck. Wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht. Beides hat eine sehr gute Qualität, die Buffets sind reichhaltig und werden durch regionale Küche dominiert, was uns gut gefallen hat. Für jeden ist etwas dabei. Die Getränke zum Abendessen sind leider recht hochpreisig und der lokale Wein hatte dafür nicht die Qualität. Dafür gab es in der Bar neben der Hotellobby eine gute Auswahl an Wein. Dort und im Restaurant kann man auch die Terrasse nutzen, wo aufgespannte Segel für ausreichend Schatten sorgen. Der Pool ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es sind viele Liegen vorhanden, so dass niemand sein Handtuch hinlegen muss ;-) Der Indoor-Pool war ebenfalls ein Highlight mit sehr langem Becken und Wasserstrahlmassage. Sehr schön gestaltet ist auch der angrenzende Gartenbereich mit Pinien und Gewächsen. Dort gibt es auch zwei weitere, mit dem Hotel verbundene Restaurants. Der Strandbereich ist sehr sauber und dort kann man ebenfalls Liegen nutzen. Der Strand hat Kroatien-typisch keinen Sand, sondern kleinere Steine, was aber kein Problem ist. Nach Dubrovnik kann man den Bus nehmen. In Hotelnähe gibt es zwei Linien, mit denen man in ca. 15-20 Minuten zur Altstadt nach Dubrovnik gelangt. Die Busse fahren den ganzen Tag, Taxis sind unnötig.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Большой современный отель, хорошая набережная, большой гараж и большая частная парковка рядом. В 5 минутах пешком большой торговый центр и несколько кафе, причем район тихий и зеленый.

Заказал ужин в номер через их приложение, в течение 1-2 часов не было подтверждения о получении заказа. Затем заказ принесли принесли поздно вечером, когда я уже спал.

Czyściutko. Panie Sprzątaczki to czarodziejki. Ale na szczególną pochwałę i uznanie zasługuje cały personel! Wszyscy bardzo mili i bardzo pomocni! Pokój ładny i wygodny. Hotel też całkiem ładny. Bardzo fajna strefa spa. W cenie mieliśmy krzesełko dla dziecka i podgrzewacz do butelek. Bardzo ładna i ciekawa okolica. Super połączenie z Dubrownikiem (autobus, łódka, taxi)

Mało urozmaicone śniadania. Wewnątrzny basen trochę zbyt chłodny i nie przystosowany dla niemowląt.

Hotelli on kaunis ja puhdas ja tekemistä löytyy usealle päivälle. On mahdollisuus rentoutua sisä - tai ulkoaltailla tai muutaman askeleen päässä merenrannassa, kristallin kirkkaissa vesissä. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Hotellilla voi pelata tennistä (vuokravälineet saa hotellilta) ja rentoutua maksullisissa Spa-hoidoissa. Hotellissa on kiva ja ylellinen tunnelma. Kaikki pienet pyynnöt ja asiat mitä meillä oli hoidettiin respan henkilökunnan toimesta nopeasti ja ystävällisesti. 8 vuotias lapsi otettiin kivasti myös huomioon.

Meillä oli varattuna puolihoito eli aamiainen ja illallinen. Illallisbuffetissa ei ollut erikseen lapsille suunnattua ruokaa, mutta valikoima on runsas, joten lapsetkin löytävät sieltä varmasti jotakin mieleistä.
