L’accueil est très bien, le nettoyage est bien
Établissement est très bien, mais un gros problème sur les vitres double vitrage se ferment pas correctement et trop de circulation dérange pour dormir

Good location in the heart of Guilez.
We've had our first breakfast in our room, their restaurant service was good.
This was our second stay at this hotel but this time things have been changed a lot.. the staff were strangly cold.. we felt really incomfortable..they never smile.. the woman, however, was the only one polite and smiling.
Cleaning schedule is not flexible so they didn't clean our room on some days.
We had to ask for toilet paper everytime we run out of it.
Towels are worn out and not even clean (mostlikely were used many times). This made me really angry.
The room was dark. We had to turn the light on even during the day. And some switches didn't work.
Next time we will choose another hotel for sure.

The facilities of the hotel were really good and the breakfast was also good. The rooms were large and spacious.
Almost all staffs were friendly and good to us. But there was one person in the front desk who tried to scam us. He told us that its difficult to get taxi around 8am in the morning and offered us to get a taxi for 200 MCD to airport. But since i knew it was really expensive we had to reject it, but we got a taxi easily in the morning to the airport for 50 MCD, via indrive app

L'hôtel est propre et bien situé
La chambre n'était pas bien isolée, un moteur de ventilation a tourné toute la nuit à côté de la fenêtre, très difficile de s'endormir avec le bruit.

Fue mejor de lo que esperaba.Habitación grande y comoda.Buen sitio y encuentras de todo alrededor.

Great location, friendly staff, the room was big and clean. Breakfast was amazing ,nice pool, we really enjoyed our stayed.Highly recommended.

Location is good, enough taxi’s to get you to the medina for a reasonable price & small mall nearby the hotel within walking distance. Staff of the restaurant is amazing, the ones at the reception not so much.
Rooms can use an upgrade, sanitary is old. The toilet was broken (got repaired the same day) & we got a room on the street side even though we requested one at the back of the hotel. Also pool area looks much better on the pictures then in real life.

Location is great, close to the medina but calm and clean. Room was big with two big beds that are quite hard but thats fine. Bathroom was clean and we got new towels and paper towels every morning. People who work there are super kind and good. I would stay at the same hotel again!

Stuff and location is nice.
The view out of the window what they call city view was like in a trash can, they have to clean the court yard. The AC didn’t worked well, the filter is full, the swing is broken. The flush of the toilet didn’t worked well, you have to open it to use it.

Best location in new Marakech. Hotel is almost perfect.
We did not have soap. And we needed to ask for shiwer gel as apperantly the maid did not leve us any for 2 days. Also the shower gel bottle is very hard to squeeze, could barely get anything out of it. I would change my supplier if i was them.

it was at good location and staff was great but on arrival I had to wait at 4pm for the room to be cleaned and ready had to wait 15 minutes for it to be ready which was disappointing
shower was not clean and blocked while showering water was draining was blocked also toilet roll holder behind the toilet 🚽 seat which is stupid

It was very noisy, the bed wasn’t really comfortable, and the breakfast was truly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel.

Loads of good restaurants to eat from and walking distance to most of the tourist attractions.
Very good French cafe round the corner.
My door had a issue at the start, the fixes it after I told them what was wrong with it that day.
The shower door never had a seal so my first time using the shower I flood the bathroom but they cleaned it up.

The location is perfect and the staff is very helpful.The room was big and clean.
The breakfast is horrible and there is no heating in the room. The air condition didn't work.
So, the room was cold . No wifi as well , so you should have your own internet.
