Nice Apt.

No Acces to Garden.

The gardens around the property are absolutely gorgeous, and the pool was fantastic too. The shower and toilet facilities next to the pool were really handy, and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas for shade. The holiday home/apartment had everything we needed (it doesn't have air conditioning but did have a really good fan in the bedroom, so we managed despite the heat!). The owners were there to meet us when we arrived, and we simply had to leave the key inside when checking out. You could pay extra to park securely at the property, but we just used the free central car park in Panzano which was just a few minutes walk away and absolutely fine! Lots of great restaurants and bars (and views!) nearby.

Air conditioning would have been amazing, but we knew the property didn't have it when we booked, and so we can't pick fault with that really!

We liked the apartment very much. It was clean, modern and well equipped. The garden and pool with poolhouse is beautiful.

From the photo's nor the text, we could see if the terrace was directly above the swimming pool. We presumed so but the elevated terrace is located on top of the private parking garage on the side of the road where people and cars come by. Not very much because it's the road to the Historic centre but still...if you look for a very quiet and private space I would look further. At the time we stayed there, construction work at the neighbours was going on which didn't help to enjoy the stay. The owner, however, was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience by offering free use of the garage.
