Perfect location and much value for the money.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. With a more comfortable bed, the rating would have been higher.

The apartment has a great location at the top of the main tourist strip. Underground paid parking nearby if unable to park at the apartment. Nice to have the option of kitchenette. Convenient charging ports next to bed.

The washing machine access is in a different building which was inconvenient. We didn't end up using it because we didn't have the time to babysit our laundry. The neighbouring restaurant has a bad reputation for not being friendly to tourists/foreigners (not the apartment owner's fault but worth mentioning if you were looking for nearby food). Parking spot was a little tight in case you are a nervous parker. Apartment did it's job, but seemed a tad shabby for the price paid. Had difficulty getting our access code without access to email. Called the owner who just told us all the info we needed was in email. Eventually able to hotspot off my husband's data to access phone email and get in.

This was the best value for money room we had all holiday. The parking was just across the road. The balcony was nice overlooking the street life. Was close to everything in Ronda. Very clean and overall very happy. Thanks

You dont need a key, you just receive a code (via WhatsUp) for the main entrance and another one for the appartment. The appartment was really clean and big - lots of space all over. Parking is in the parking garage accross the street for free. The location is 10minutes walking from the centre.

Everything was OK.

Close to all amenities. Both outdoor parking at accommodation and the possibility of underground public parking close by with dedicated parking for the apartment upon prior request. The owner was very helpful although I didn't meet him. He allowed us in before our stated arrival time. Arranged my undercover parking and supplied a new kettle promptly as was missing from the apartment.

I struggled to find the accomodation as had different name to that on booking. Com on the door. A prominent sign with the name Appartamentos Ronda Luz would be good .

The property was in a good location with free park that’s right in front of the apartment. The location is a bit quieter but still walking distance to the main area with restaurants and cafes as well as the main sites. Access to the property was extremely efficient. Everything is by code and we were provided this ahead of time.

Perhaps it’s due to being on the ground floor but there was an ant infestation in the bathroom and kitchen. We therefore did not try to prepare any food in the apartment or bring any food into the apartment.

Very good location for walking through Ronda. Parking space just in front of the door, very easy. Spacious rooms and big fridge in the kitchen. Keyless and contactless check-in and out worked smoothly.

Cleaning was average, not the best to my liking: some kitchen utensils weren't that clean and there was mold on the bathroom walls.

Smoking apartment! No Hot water! No wifi sinal in most of the rooms poor, old, used furnitures, dirty bed cover

perfect location when you travel by car. nice size apartment, close to the touristic highlights and very walkable.

the apartment smelled terribly of smoke (while it was advertised as non smoking). when we called the owner about it, he said it was probably from the guests before us, and he offered us a free cancellation or an airfreshner. we had nowhere else to go so we stayed. but one thing is for sure, this was not smoke from a previous guest only. the smell was so strong and everywhere, that our clothes still smell like smoke (after just one night stay). even opening the windows for hours didnt help. it was also pretty cold inside the apartment (we visited in March). there was no heating, only in the bathroom.
