This hotel is in a terrible location. It is on a main road in an ugly industrial estate. It is very difficult to find. I walked past the front door (carrying a heavy case) three times, because there isn't a building number on the door, and the signs name a different hotel. The wifi doesn't work at all. The water pressure in the sink and shower is very poor. There is no way this is a 4-star hotel. It's just about 3-star.

This Hotel is Fraud and everything they have mentioned on their website and on Booking.com website is false. They have very low standard and specially the Hotel Management and Staff. They never responded back over the phone and email id. Instead of that they charge you very heavily per night. In case if your forgot to cancel your booking this hotel quietely charge you for all nights and then they blame that its booking.com policy. When you asked to booking.com then they will tell you that it's hotel policy. Both Hotel and booking.com will hang you after taking all the money from you even if you have not stayed in the hotel. Hotel Reception / Management - The hotel reception and management do not have any etiquites and manner to speak to their customers. They always behave rudely and do not honour their customer with dignity. They speak harsh and rudely. Never give you anything on time. No room service on time. Staff - Hotel staff is very bad and rude. They are not neatly dressed and keeps smelling badly every time. Hotel staff do not provide you sufficient room accessories and when you call them to provide it they never give it on time and delay it everytime. Facilities - The overall facilities of the hotel is of very poor standard and is very low grade categories from the african countries. Everything is of old age and not in operational state. If you complain about anything like AC, Light, Tea or Laundry, you will get anything except hotel staff/reception and management condolences. Cleanliness - Hotel is in very bad shape and no cleaning is performed on regular basis. The whole hotel and rooms are smelling very badly like rotten fish or if any animal is dead there. You cannot stand in the hotel for 5 - 10 min for bad smells and dirtiness. Sewage and Drainage water is flowing in the hotel lobby and in front of their gates. Rooms bathrooms are overflowing and blocked with dirty loo and human urines.

The beds were comfortable. The walls were nicely decorated.

The internet was poor. Only one of us could use the internet, the other person waited forever for the website to come up. There was not enough toilet paper and we had to ask for some. No closet, only one nightstand. Poor location. One towel was dirty.
