Really nice place, in a quiet area while still only 5 minutes away from Kabalana Beach. The family that runs the place is lovely as well!

Great place and great owner that you can count on. Janaka is very friendly, kind and will help you with all you might need in Sri Lanka. Also Kabalana breakfast is very tasty and rooms are clean.

Everything! It was easy to find, just off the main road but far enough away to not hear it. Was met by the very friendly and hard working owner on arrival and shown around. Very spacious house. Been eating amazing meals here every night cooked by the owners mother - for Sri Lankan prices. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the beach which is also the famous 'The Rock' surf break. 5 mins walk to Surf School Sri Lanka - the renowned surf training specialists. Tuk tuks right outside your door. Kabalana Beach is stunning and relatively quiet compared with places like Hikkaduwa and Mirissa but has everything you need!

The host Janeka very helpful , and his mums cooking best in sri lanka . Janeka is a very honorable man and takes great pride in giving his guests the best experience. He arranged yala safari and other trips for us. Highly recommended

The staff were amazing, super helpful and friendly and made you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and the villa is lovely. Highly recommended!

Ask for an additional fan in the room. It gets pretty hot during the nights.
